And then respectively taking chang hui121, chang hui 606, chang hui 891, chang hui T025 as the recurrent parent for backcross 7 times, then selfing twice,using the strip method in this process, the identification of indoor artificial infestation insect resistance and agronomic traits combined pedigree selection method to obtain transgenic insect resistance with rice restorer line 20 a.
