Ozone has high-quality features: such as oxidability, reducibility, which was widely used in medical, food, health, facilities agriculture, and other industries. The negative effects brought by traditional pesticide sterilization have caused serious damage to human body health, therefore, looking for a new method of sterilization has become our top priority. The advantage of ozone as a natural antiseptic has gradually emerged. Under normal temperature 30 min can be reduced to oxygen and water no two pollution. This article is based on numerous studies. It has put forward create a kind of portable ozone sprayer that provide power by lithium battery and suitable for the greenhouse crop growth. It has changed the traditional use of pesticide spraying sterilization. It has reduced pesticide residues and secondary pollution produced by pesticides. Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, optimum dielectric materials is determined, stress nephogram of High voltage electrode low voltage electrode temperature field is simulated. The specific research work is as follows:(1) Ozone discharge chamber heat transfer model is established by ANSYS. Analyzing. the temperature distribution law of different dielectric material, discharge chamber electromagnetic field distribution in the thing and the fluid temperature stress. The results show that: in the circular tube type ozone discharge chamber, different dielectric material along the circumferential temperature distribution is uniform, but along the direction of air flow and present certain radial temperature gradient, high voltage electrode inside the highest temperature gradually to the outer wall of low voltage electrode is reduced, heat flux and thermal gradient is evenly distributed.(2) The analysis and experiment show that under the same voltage, discharge current and gas flow rate under the condition of different dielectric material produced by ozone concentration, ozone production material is different through collect detailed ozone discharge chamber function parameters, and the voltage of ozone generation system, the discharge current and gas flow. And through the orthogonal experiment the best level combination: gas flow 400 l/h, gas temperature 0 ℃, 10 kv power supply voltage.(3) Through comparison along pure water, ozone water and pesticides is done, From the obvious conclusion,it can be concluded that the sterilization effect of ozone water is higher than part of the pesticides in a certain extent, and the ozone water can be automatically back into oxygen and water at room temperature in 30 minutes, It has no secondary pollution to the environment.
