In this article, with conventional fish parasitology survey methods, biological statistics and modern molecular biology techniques, we studied Population Characteristic and molecular phylogeny of Dactylogyrus on Cyprininae in Ergis River. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Eight Dactylogyrus species on Cyprininae in Ergis River were collected and identified. We discovered eight Dactylogyrus in gibelio Bloch, namely D. extensus, D.vastator, D. falciformis, D. anchoratus, D. baueri, D. inexpectatlus, D. lamellatus, D. sp.Discovered only one Dactylogyrus in Cyprinus carpio, Scattered mirror carp and Songpu mirror carp, namely D. extensus. Statistic analysis infection of eight Dactylogyrus, D.vastator on gibelio Bloch with higher infection of 16.86% is core species and dominant species with the highest dominance; D. extensus on Cyprinus carpio with infection of 28.5%;D. extensus on Scattered mirror carp with infection of 58.62%; D. extensus on Songpu mirror carp with infection of 45.45%. D. extensus is core species and dominant species of Cyprinus carpio, Scattered mirror carp and Songpu mirror carp.(2) We analysed the population Characteristic of Dactylogyrus on Cyprininae in Ergis River from 2009 to 2014. The result showed the infection of eight Dactylogyrus changed significantly with season, spring and summer are the highest infection of dactylogyrus disease.According to 5 years’ seasonal dynamics of infection of Dactylogyrus, except spring, the infection of dactylogyrus on Cyprinus carpio is higher than on gibelio Bloch, two species of Dactylogyrus infection peaked during the summer.(3) We determined the 18S-ITS1-5.8S rDNA sequences by molecular biology techniques,analysed the phylogenetic systematics of D. vastator and D. extensus, and obtained two NCBI accession numbers(KM277459,KM487695). The result showed the homology are 99.12%and 99.89% by BLAST in GenBank. According to the result of analysis of 18S-ITS1-5.8S rDNA sequences’ genetic distance and phylogenetic tree, measured D. extensus and D.extensus in the GenBank together as a team. Measured D. vastator and GenBank D. vastator together as a team.(4) We researched on the infection of Dactylogyrus in fishpond of Changji, shihezi, and kuerle region, made diagnosis, analyzed the causes combined with farming management and took scientific prevention and treatment to the fish of incidence.
