| In order to give full play to the advantage of abundant solar energy resources in Xinjiang, this paper studied a new solar device which can fast heat irrigation water in solar greenhouse. A lot of theoretical analysis and experimental research has done in the working principle and the structure composition and heat transfer theory. The characteristics and working parameters was grasped that laid a good foundation for the follow-up work. Through the efforts of the project research group, much progress has made in the aspects of theory and application.(1) Water heater vacuum tube is not suitable for this kind of fast hot water type. Due to the special structure of vacuum tube with an opening at one end and another end is closed, the heated water expanded to the opening end. The sealing plug is easy to be broken up and lead to Water Leakage.(2) The absorber plate structure and serpentine solar water heater was designed for rapid heating. The efficiency was 42.5% determined through the test.(3) In-depth theoretical analysis on serpentine solar water heater was developed. The device has good maintenance structure by the overall heat balance analysis. Heat loss was small. But the heat absorbing plate was sprayed ordinary black paint, which lead to part of the heat energy losing in the form of infrared radiation and reduced the utilization of solar energy and further study was need to improve.The device of pipeline was narrow and more elbow. In order to solve this problem, the research of the hydraulic calculation which provided the theory basis for the device select the appropriate pump. Pump head is not less than 2.95 m.(4) The research work parameters of serpentine solar water heater was studied through a lot of experiments. The best work flow was 172.4kg/h. |
