Based on wine grape wine grape production areas in Xinxiang Manas cabernet sauvignon as the material, the varieties of botany characteristics observed in 2008, economic characters, resistance analysis, berry quality analysis, etc., aims to explore the comprehensive performance of cabernet sauvignon in Manas area, for the region’s wine grape cultivation and wine production to provide certain theoretical basis.Experimental results are as follows:based on the wine grape cabernet sauvignon wine grape production areas in Xinxiang Manas area as the material, the varieties of botany characteristics observed in 2008, economic characters, resistance analysis, berry quality analysis, etc., aims to explore the comprehensive performance of cabernet sauvignon in Manas area, for the region’s wine grape cultivation and wine production to provide certain theoretical basis. The experimental results are as follows:1. Budding period for April 30,2008, on June 4, in full bloom, is 7 to 10 d behind the eastern region. On September 19, the grapes fully mature, mature time 38 d.In 2008,’cabernet sauvignon grapes in Manas regions of growth period 158 days.2. Throughout the year, the Manas regions, sunshine hours reduced after rising first, between April 10 month more than 8 hours. Among them, the bud-boron and boron-turn began to two periods of color, sunshine time is more than 500 hours.Manas regions is extremely low, average relative humidity throughout the year, the average relative humidity below 10%, presents the rainfall is small and concentrated rainfall, the present situation of the air dry evaporate easily. In October 4-in particular, the average relative humidity below 5%.In each growth period of grape fruits, air humidity difference is small, all maintained at 4%.3. Throughout the period of’cabernet sauvignon grapes, there are 28 day minimum temperature above 20 DHS C, at the same time there are 24 in the highest temperature is higher than 30 DHS C, sun turn the occurrence of extreme weather is focused on the color term and berries mature period. In the same plot, the ’cabernet sauvignon grape production of the commercial harvest time for three consecutive years investigation and survey results are shown in figure 3.3.Three years in a row, the same plot ’cabernet sauvignon grape yield is 17750+ 520 kg/hm3 respectively,17750-600 kg/hm3,21675-580 kg/hm3, annual growth rate of 10.8% and 11.5% respectively, the yield stability is good.The above results show that the cabernet sauvignon grapes in Manas area excellent comprehensive properties, production stability, advice in the Manas area wine grape base construction intensify popularization. The cultivation should pay attention to prevent spring frost damage in the region.
