This study was based on the original electromagnetic vibratory metering device designed by our research group, it not only had been improved and made, but also had been carried on the test and analysis. The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) Created the design model of electromagnetic vibration type seeding metering device for small grain; Design the seeding device overall improvement program; Design seeding box oblique groove width, 7mm;inclinate 2.2°; decided the method of adjusting seeds outflow channel; Using the upper and lower nuts to lock the screw in order to adjust the electromagnet height components,which was connected with electromagnet.(2) Analsis statics, dynamics, harmonic response of the key parts of the seed metering device through Ansys workbench,verifying that it met the strength and stiffness requirements under vibration conditions. I took the granular mixtures software-EDEM to simulate and analyze movement of seed in the seeding box.Draw the conclusion that the seeding box around the axis perpendicular to a symmetry of seeding box reciprocating swing. It could achieve the ideal seeding effect.(3) Experimental Study on the seed box position on metering device and the impact of each relative position on seeding device. It showed that only seeding box and various elastic elements were in certain position, the device could achieve seeding.(4) Through comparative analysis of the data in the frequency and voltage affect the amount of seed and seeding uniformity test, I obtained the input of metering device control circuit with the frequency of 35Hz,24V voltage could achieve better effect of seeding.(5) The opening size of two flow regulators would affect seeding rate, showed that the difference of seeding rate in different seed was significant, p value less than 0.001.(6) By analyzing the test results of the impact of changing seed amount on seeding rate and seeding uniformity test, showed that capacity was 3/4 seeding rate and seeding uniformity batter.(7) By analyzing the experimental results of seeding rate and seeding uniformity in different seed under the same parameters, showed that the difference of seeding rate in different seed was significant.
