| FMD (Foot and mouth disease, FMD) is an acute infectious disease,and only artiodactyl can suffering. Foot and mouth disease is an infection disease caused by the FMDV, it is characterized by highly infectious, high contact resistance. FMD occurs and spread widely in the world. Currently we mainly use vaccine of this disease to control it, there is no good clinical drug to treat it. Mortality is relatively high for calves, other cattle is relatively low. FMD is a major infectious disease harming the development of animal husbandry. At present, all the country in the world did not controll and eliminate very well.y-PGA, whose full neme is y-Polyglutamic acid, is a kind of left and right hand optical glutamic acid. Chianese name of y-PGA is Poly-L-glutamic acid. It is a kind of Biological macromolecule made by microbe ferment and can be soluble in water and is nontoxic. y-PGA have anti-inflammatory and promoting angiogenesis activity.This study compared sensibility and duration between the cattle injected the y-PGA and blank controller cattles by.analyzing interferon in the body of cattle, and studied its effect on virus vaccine, such as foot and mouth disease vaccine and analuzed whether it can improve the effect of vaccine. By this study, we want to get a kind of new and economic immunoenhancer for vaccine to improve the protection ratio of currently available vaccines, and decrease the side effect of currently available vaccines and expenses for labour. The study provided theoretical foundation for vaccine of animals. |
