With the rapid development of the aquaculture industry in our country, pollution and accumulated harmful substances in aquaculture water should be highly concerned, which caused by excretion of aquaculture organisms and degradation of unconsumed aquatic feed.Therefore, it is the hotspot that how to regulate water quality of aquaculture effectively in wastewater treatment currently.This experiment tested three Probiotics,HS- A38 growth characteristics, determine the best budding time and amount of protein and antibacterial properties.The growth characteristic of plant lactobacillus HS- R9, acid production and bacteriostasis.Red yeast growth properties of the HS- J4, the characteristics of extracellular polysaccharide production.To determine the growth of the three probiotics and basic physical and chemical properties.Using three probiotics artificial sewage purification and aquaculture wastewater,determine the bacillus subtilis HS- A38, lactobacillus HS- R9, red yeast has purification effect to wastewater.By confecting different concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite artificial wastewater preliminary test of three kinds of probiotics purification ability to the optimal concentration of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, the experimental results show that:(1)the sewage of the ammonia nitrogen is 100 to 300 μg/L,bacillus subtilis HS- A38 removal more than 90% of ammonia nitrogen;For the sewage of nitrite, if its concentration is5-10 μg/L, the strain can removal more than 90%, but the high concentration of 150 μg/L nitrite removal ability is weak, only 20%.(2) plant lactobacillus HS- R9 have the clearance rate of up to 46.09% to concentrations of 150 to 300 μg/L of ammonia nitrogen,.For greater than 5 μg/L of nitrite removal rate is80-90%, and the low concentration of less than 5 μg/L nitrite scavenging rate is 10% or so.(3) The concentration of ammonia nitrogen are 100 μg/L, 150 μg/L, 300 μg/L of artificial wastewater,the HS-J4 removal rate was 62.44%, 64.75% and 82.95%,respectively.To 5 μg/L nitrite removal rate reaches 80%, but only 20-30% removal rate of greater than 5μg/L.Finally, the three kinds of probiotics as feed additives for sea cucumber, weight and sea cucumber digestive enzymes in the gut is test experiment was carried out.The experimental results show that the growth of probiotic supplements and strengthen the function of intestinal enzymes activity.Experimental results show that the compound lactic acid additive is better than that of single bacteria additive, and adding probiotic agents of the experimental group were significantly better than not to add probiotics of the control group.
