Wheat is one of the three main grain crops, genetic characteristics ofchlorophyll for improving production of new varieties of wheat and wheat has animportant role. Chlorophyll is directly related to levels of leaf photosyntheticcapacity, improve the photosynthetic efficiency of the blade so that the blade canaccumulate more photosynthetic products, promote yield. Most reports focus on theimpact of flag leaf type (leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, leaf area) onphotosynthetic production, relatively few studies on the flag leaf chlorophyllcontent. In this study, from24different wheat varieties were hybrids between testanalysis, the results showed that among24different varieties of wheat flag leaf, second leaf, third leaf chlorophyll content were very different, to choose10chlorophyll content quite different wheat varieties as test materials, the use ofportable photosynthesis and chlorophyll meter to meter on wheat leaf chlorophyll, the photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaf, flag leaf chlorophyll fluorescenceparameters were measured to investigate the height, flag leaf type and yield traits, and study the linear relationship between the characters and chlorophyll levels.Studies have shown that: Differences wheat flag leaf chlorophyll content of differentvarieties of late heading significantly, wherein the content of the flag leafchlorophyll Huai Feng119up to63.99mg/g FW, the content of the smallestspecies of Huai Feng122, content of only53.91mg/g FW. Differences betweenphotosynthetic characteristics of different varieties of wheat flag leaf andchlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters significantly; chlorophyll content andnet photosynthetic rate was a significant positive correlation; chlorophyll content ofwheat flag leaf gas conductance showed a significant positive correlation; wheatchlorophyll content are positively correlated with carbon dioxide concentration andtranspiration rate. The results of analysis by hybridization experiments included the wheat leaveschlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll (a+b), and the mass ratio of a and b bythese four genetic index of chlorophyll, concluded: a and beach content, a+b and aand b content ratio can affect the GCA of wheat genes and SCA, and generalcombining ability with wheat gene SCA can be directly or indirectly affect wheatchlorophyll heritability; at the same time, due to the extent of the wheat chlorophyllphotosynthesis efficiency is measured by the yield of wheat, through the productionlevel of wheat after hybridization, genetic characteristics derived chlorophyll contentof wheat through the wheat production to evaluation; by different varieties of wheathybridization experiments showed that the chlorophyll content of different wheatvarieties did not show significant differences, but at the same blade of wheatvarieties in different locations on the chlorophyll content, often have significantdifferences.
