Flue cured tobacco is an important economic crop in China, the temperature is one of the important ecological factors affecting the quality of flue-cured tobacco.The temperature at night is an important part of temperature ecological factor, This paper systematically studied the temperature at night a single ecological factor influencing on the quality of tobacco leaf of different varieties of flue-cured tobacco growth and baked in high altitude regions of Yunnan, the quality of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan tobacco growing area of proven features formed a new theoretical basis for mechanism.In this paper, the main results are as follows:1. If the night temperature increase ’Yunyan87’ and the ’K326’ total growth period compared with the natural contrast would abbreviate3d and2d each other, underground and aboveground dry matter accumulation and plant height in different growth nodes are significantly higher than the control. The total effective leaf compared with the contrast the number increased three, the leaf cutting degree is effectively improved, especially the blade lateral growth capacity effectively promote, leaf area increases, the ratio of length to width tends to coordinate. At the same time, root, leaf dry matter accumulation on the night temperature response maximum sensitive period is rosette, but the stem on the night temperature response maximum sensitive period is slightly different,’K326’ is growing,’Yunyan87’ is the mature period.2. If the night temperature increase,’K326’ and ’Yunyan87’ upper leaves length and widtlu lower leaves length、’K326’ upper leaves simple heavy and equilibrium moisture content、middle leaves simple heavy were significant higher than the contrast, while each treatment blade thickness and stem content were lower than normal.’K326’ upper and middle leaves total sugar、reducing sugar、total nitrogen,’Yunyan87’ total leaves total nitrogen and potassium were higher than the contrast; while ’K326’ upper and middle leaves nicotine、 potassium, lower leaves total nitrogen,’Yunyan87’ upper leaves total sugar、reducing sugar、 nicotine, middle leaves nicotine, lower leaves total sugar、reducing sugar were higher than the contrast. Each treatment leaves Chemical composition of coordination were improved significantly.’K326’ tatal leaves contents of Zn、Cu were lower while Fe、Mn were higher than the contrast,’Yunyan87’ upper and middle leaves contents of Z、Cu、Fe、Mn were higher than the contrast.’K326’ yield and output value, average price and the proportion of superior tobacco compared respectively by252.5kg/hm2、72907G/hm2、1.7元/kg、6.54%,’Yunyan87’ compared respectively by100.5kg/hm2、5315元/hm2、2.1/kg、4.65%. Night temperature increase in Yunnan high altitude region will contribute to the flue-cured tobacco yield production and tobacco hierarchy plays a great role in promoting.3. With the increasing of nighttime temperature make the contents of lutein and beta carotene in all the experimental groups significantly increased than the control groups, with lower tobacco leaves exhibiting the biggest increase.; make the malic acid content of experimental groups improved remarkably with the largest increase in upper leaves, while the citric acid content cut dramatically with the largest decrease in lower leaves.; make the contents of upper K326leaves chlorogenic acid and polyphenol greatly raised, while that of Yunyan87largely dropped. The neophytadiene content of all experimental groups increased than the control groups except for the lower K326leaves. Referring to the total amount of aroma substances (except for neophytadiene). Increasing of nighttime temperature produced the best improvement on the middle leaves of K326and upper leaves of Yunyan87planted in this area.
