Establishment Of The Bingtang Sweet Orange Of Quality And Safety Of Traceability System

Citrus is the largest area planted and biggest yield fruit in the world, citrus also is one of the most important members of fruit trees in the family. Citrus cultivation has formed a relatively complete industrial system in Hunan province. The overall of system is steady growth, meanwhile, the yield and value of output is ranking first in the China. In the process of development of citrus industry, fruit quality and safety have become the bottleneck of the development of fruit industry in our country, it has become the top priority that improve the quality of the fruit and monitor the environmental of production area. By Bingtang sweet orange fruit traceability system establishment and implementation, once the fruit products arise issues, we can pursue producer’s accountability through the traceability system and help the healthy development of the fruit quality and safety, and other citrus fruit quality safety traceability system to play an exemplary role.Therefore, the establishment of traceability system play the key role in supervision of fruit quality and safety and provide favorable basis for the sustainable development of the fruit.The main research of this article consist of the following six aspects:(1) The present situation of the domestic and foreign research about traceability technology of fruit quality and safety. Starting with safety and inspection of food, introduced the concept of fruit quality safety traceability to citrus industry.(2) In the first place we determine the traceability Information about Bingtang sweet orange, introduce the Bingtang sweet orange fruit and analyze the factors refers to the fruit production safety and quality. Understanding the consumer’s realization to fruit quality safety and the important factors affecting it through the questionnaire survey, so we can determine the Bingtang sweet orange throughout the production process that need to record the traceability information.(3)Bingtang sweet orange traceability information classification and coding. Combining Bingtang sweet orange production supply chain information through the uniqueness of logo and Bingtang sweet orange quality safety traceability system, implement Bingtang sweet orange fruit from after planting, postharvest, transportation, sales each link of the whole traceability information records. (4) Establishment of Bingtang sweet orange traceability system platform. Based on the network platform, the establishment of a set of Bingtang sweet orange production management, information tracing system.(5)Bingtang sweet orange traceability system technical support conditions, introduce the Bingtang sweet orange traceability system including two aspects:software function and hardware construction.
