Experiment in which grass carp was selected as the research animals, aiming at studying the effects of nucleotide on growth performance and intestinal function. Five different level nucleotide products such as0.015%,0.03%,0.06%,0.12%,0.18%were added in daily diet.30fish tails were stocked for each four replicates with each level. After60days of feeding, samples were collected to related analysis. The results were as follows:No significant differences were found in the analysis of the mean weight gain rate and the mean specific growth rate (P>0.05), while the values were rosed compared with the control group. Dirty body ratio was significantly different in each experimental group than that in the control group (P<0.05). The results indicated that the nucleotides products that added in the daily diet has no significant impacts on the crude moisture, crude protein, crude fat, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen (P>0.05).There was no significantly different among the RNA/DNA value in muscles, liver protein and foregut total protein in experimental groups. Compared with the control group, the muscle protein of grass carp in which added the0.03%,0.06%,0.12%nucleotide was significantly different, and increased by11.9%(P<0.05),23.4%(P<0.05) and15.6%(P<0.05), respectively.17.7%(P<0.05). and13.8%(P<0.05) were each increased respectively in intestine total protein on the level of nucleotide in0.06%,0.12%. The MDA content as significant differences (P<0.05) between the groups of nucleotide added and the control group, each fell by14.8%,40.6%,59.3%,35.4%and59.3%, and nucleotide added level of0.06%was to be the lowest. Total antioxidant capacity were significantly increased (P<0.05) by18.2%,28.9%,31.2%,19.4%,3.9%in five levels of nucleotides added, respectively. The content of ACP were obviously increased in the nucleotide level as0.06%,0.12%,0.18%than that in the control group (P<0.05). Experimental groups of nucleotide level as0.06%and0.12%has significantly improved in the content of the GST(P<0.05).In addition to the nucleotide added level of0.06%was significantly increased by7.2%(P<0.05) in the content of SOD, other groups each has no significant difference with the control group. Lysozyme content of LSZ were significantly increased in the five different nucleotide levels (P<0.05), and each group was increased by72.3%,64.9%,105.5%,48.6%and105.5%.No significant difference was found in the ACP vitality, protease activity, amylase activity, lipase activity in the anterior and middle intestinaltract on five different nucleotide levels (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, villus height of anterior intestinaltract was significantly increased by15.5%in the nucleotide level of0.06%(P<0.05), and no significant difference in other nucleotide levels(P>0.05). There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in the middle intestinal villus height between the experimental groups and the control group. The layer thickness of foregut muscle was decreased31.8%innucleotide diets of0.06%in respect of the control group. No significant difference was found in middle intestinal muscle layer thickness of grass carp on these different nucleotide level diets (P>0.05).
