To learn the morbidity of piglets respiratory syndrome large-scale pig farms and the main pathogenic bacteria in Xinjiang Changji surrounding areas, in the test, the research object is large-scale pig farms in Changji surrounding areas. The author collected36suspected piglets respiratory syndrome (PRDC) piglets lesions and did three kinds of pathogen isolation and identification, including Actinobacillus Pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida and Haemophilus parasuis; at the same time, by disk diffusion method (K-B method), the isolate of certiofur sodium ciprofloxacin chociprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, doxycycline, furazolidone, gentamicin, kanamycin, ciprofloxacin, penicillin, a mpicillin, tetracycline and12kinds of drug sensitivity analysis; making multiple inactivated vaccine for the prevention of three kinds of pathogenic immune. After finishing the test, the porcine contagious Pleuropneumonia, Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus parasuis will be effective controlled to provide technical support in Changji and will promote the healthy development of the local pig industry. And it will have economic significance. The following is research methods:1. The porcine contagious Pleuropneumonia, Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus parasuis were isolated and identified and drug resistance analysis on the large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang Changji.9strains of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,12strains Pasteurella multocida were and6strains Haemophilus parasuis were isolated from the36piglets tissues, the bacteria detection separation rates were25%(9/35),33.3%(12/36) and16%(6/36)Through detection of drug resistance of9strains APP, the bacteria was sensitive to ceftiofur sodium, doxycycline and the sensitive rates were100%and77.8%respectively. The bacteria had stronger antimicrobial rate to ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, chloramphenicol, furazolidone, gentamicin, kanamycin, ciprofloxacin, penicillin, ampicillin and tetracycline and the antimicrobial rates of ciprofloxacin and ampicillin were100%; through12strains PM isolated in drug sensitivity test, the bacteria was sensitive to ceftiofur sodium, ciprofloxacin and chloramphenicol and the sensitive rates were83.8%,75%and75%respectively. The bacteria had stronger antimicrobial rate to erythromycin, doxycycline, furazolidone, gentamicin, kanamycin, ciprofloxacin, penicillin, ampicillin and tetracycline. The antimicrobial rate of tetracycline was66.7%. Because chloramphenicol is forbidden at present in China, other two drugs was chosen in clinical; through6strains HPS tested in drug sensitivity, the bacteria was sensitive to ceftiofur sodium, doxycycline and ampicillin and the sensitive rates were83.3%,83.3%and100%respectively. While the bacteria had stronger antimicrobial rate to ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, chloramphenicol, furazolidone, kanamycin, tetracycline, norfloxacin and penicillin and the antimicrobial rate of penicillin was100%.2. Observation on a large-scale pig farm in Xinjiang Changji surrounding areas to make porcine respiratory syndrome Triple Inactivated Vaccine its application effects:According to the Porcine Contagious Pleuropneumonia of pigs, Pasteurella mulltocida of pigs and epidemic situation of Haemophilus parasuis in Xinjiang Changji surrounding areas, in the experiment, the author made porcine respiratory syndrome triple inactivated adjuvant vaccine by a scale pig farms in the area of isolation and identification of the three kinds of pathogenic bacteria. From the application effects of the vaccine in the area, the conclusions were that the incidence of respiratory disease was 8.6%among83piglets when using the vaccine, but the incidence of respiratory disease was32.7%among86piglets when not using the vaccine. The statistical analysis showed significant differences (P <0.01).The daily gain of comparing the first group used vaccine with the second group unused vaccine showed the daily gain of a piglet used vaccine was202g and opposite186g. The statistical analysis showed significant differences (P<0.05). This time, self-made vaccine had a good effect. The experiment offered valuable basis for swine respiratory syndrome (PRDC) of the main pathogen Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae diease, Pasteurella multocida diease and control of Haemophilus parasuis disease in other large-scale pig farms.
