This experiment with different genotypes " Xin Chun11, Xin Chun29, Xin Chun30, Xin Chun34" and different spring wheat harvest seeds as the material, with different grain parts, size, aging time of the spring wheat seeds as the research object, in order to find out the different genotype, harvest, aging time and the relationship between the seed vigor change, in order to further study provide theoretical basis for the change rule of seed vigor. The main conclusions of this test is:1. In three kinds of calculation method to calculate the corresponding dynamic size, different varieties of seed vigor order under three kinds of calculation performance trends, but Xin Chun34species no matter in what way, tend to a better, and the other three varieties of the indicators are not present a consistent trend, using different calculation, it is concluded that the laws of the inconsistencies, investigate its reason, it is not clear, needs further research. Significant difference exists among different maturity of wheat seed vitality, with the higher maturity and seed vigor rising, in milk stage and ripening stage, late ripening fastest rising, to the full ripeness period peaked. With germination rate can not only reflect the physiological differences between wheat seeds of different maturity, while vigor index can reflect the differences.2.
