Hybrid hazel has beenvigorously promoted with its good ecological benefit and economic benefits in the northern of Xinjiang, which is urgently to promote as a new economic tree of Xinjiang characteristic forestry and fruit industry.Self-incompatibility of hybrid hazel severely stunted the extensive development of the hazelnutplantations. It is able to improve fruit production and quality basis for selecting excellent pollinationvarieties combination with the fruit growth and development law, and expediting the promotion process ofhybrid hazel in Xinjiang. Using four hybrid hazels of named84-254ã€82-11ã€84-310and82-15as testedmaterials. Lanuched study its phenological phases of flowering, fluorescence observation, the combiningability analysis of in a testcross mating design and diallel crossing genetic design, regulation of fruit growthand development. The main research conclusions were as follows:1ã€Their staminate flowering florescence basically can meet and last for13-16days, and their pistillateflowering florescence basically can meet and last for10-14days. Four hybrid hazels which the male floweropen before the female ones. The mostly fit mean daily temperature is11.2℃around for the loose powderperiod of four hybrid hazels, the mostly fit mean daily temperature is12℃around for bloom.2ã€Reciprocal combination between84-254and82-15, reciprocal combination between82-11and84-310were all incompatible in diallel cross mating design. Others reciprocal combinations were all compatible indiallel cross mating design. The higtest compatible and optimum combination is82-11×82-153ã€The Planting way which equal amounts of four hybrid hazels is feasible. The combination of84-254and82-11ã€84-310and82-15ã€84-254and84-310ã€82-15and82-11can mutual as pollination varieties. Fromthe perspective of fruit type and fertility, the combination of84-254and82-11ã€84-310and82-15are moremutual as pollination varieties.4ã€82-15as a main variety, has been promoted in Xinjiang because of its excellent fruit quality parametersand its better fruit shape.we analyze the combining ability of the parents based on nut characters ofintraspecific cross.‘84-5’could be regarded as the main pollination cultivars because of the generalcombining ability of the nut with three diameter mean value, fruit weightã€shelling percentage and becausethe fruit cavity coefficient was the maximum. The negative effect of nut thickness is conducive to nuteconomic characters, which makes is suitable to be pollinated.5ã€The fruit growth and development dynamic of the major hybrid hazel of Xinjiang changes in theperformance of "S" type growth curve, using Logistic model fitting curve. The changes curve of threetracksã€volumeã€single fruit fresh weightã€nutlet along with growth, is consistent with Logistic growth curve, the correlation coefficient R2are above0.98, reaching a significant level.Fast-growing age of nuts freshweight is105-112d after full-bloom stage. The time from full-bloom stage to fruit ripening need130-140d. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Hybrid hazel, compatibility, diallel cross, tester strain, combining ability, developmentdynamics, genetic analysis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
