Due to Akesu Fuji apple flesh delicate, unique sweetness, has been recognized byChinese and foreign majority of consumers. However, due to the appearance of lowerquality, the fruit shape deviation is one of the main factors, seriously hindered thedevelopment of apple industry in Akesu area. In order to solve this problem, this study in2013by the red Fuji apples as experimental material, analyze the impact of exogenoushormones on fruit-shaped deflection, made the following major findings:1. By dynamic observation of endogenous hormones in the distribution in the appleflesh, results show that the uneven distribution of endogenous hormone is an importantinternal factor fruit shape deviation. The flesh IAA, ZT, dynamic change of GA3in theyoung fruit period mainly is rapidly rising concentration peak, then gradually decreased.During the development of the fruit of the deformity IAA, ZT, GA3, IAA+GA3+ZT/ABA concentration is always lower than normal fruit, the biggest difference in the youngfruit period. The young fruit stage IAA, GA3, ZT promoted the development of fruit, fruitgrowth hormone deficiency is the main cause of early fruit type deflection.2. Spraying exogenous hormones can increase the Fuji apple fruit shape index lowerdeflection rate, when blossom single hormone treatment, IAA25mg L-1, GA3500mg L-1,6-BA500mg L-1better, which GA3its best, followed6-BA; when blooming period usingmixed hormone treatment, the best ratio of IAA250mg L-1+GA325mg L-1+BA25mg L-1had the best effect to reducing in the deviation index; the best ratio of IAA25mg L-1+GA3250mg L-1+BA25mg L-1had the best effect to increase the fruit shape index. GA3and6-BA is a main factor and in low concentration to improve the fruit shape index and deflectionindex effect is better. The use of mixed hormone treatment repeatedly, to improve the fruitshape index and the index of skewness effect than the processing one time is good, but thedifference did not reach significant levels.3. Tests showed that full flowering stage25mg L-1and500mg L-1IAA treatment canimprove the soluble solids content; Apart from250mg L-16-BA treatment increased thecontent of titratable acidity, and other treatments have reduced the titratable acidity; Alltreatments improved the levels of vitamin C, but did not reach the significant levels; Mixedhormone treatment several times than once to improve the quality of results, but thedifference did not reach significant levels.4. IAA,6-BA, GA3and mixed hormone processing helps flowering synthesis ofendogenous IAA and GA3, each treatment IAA, GA3concentration in each period weresignificantly higher than the control.6-BA, GA3and mixed hormone treatment significantlypromoted the young fruit and enlargement period synthesis of the source ZT, IAA inhibits thesynthesis of young fruit ZT; Mixed hormone inhibits the synthesis of ABA in young fruitperiod, in young fruit period IAA promotes the synthesis of ABA, the existence of this effectis only in young fruit period.
