The Phonliota adiposa of Xinjiang are mainly distributed in the river valley broad-leaved forest ofTianshan Mountains and Altay Mountains, it is a kind of rare edible fungus which has good edible andmedicinal values as well as high commodity value. The Lepiota promineus of Xinjiang are mainlydistributed in the forest region of the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains. The study object of this thesisis the Phonliota adiposa and Lepiota promineus which are rare and wild distributed in the specialenvironment of Xinjiang. It is a comprehensive study on their characteristics of nutrition metabolism andtheir adaptability under stress conditions, the study has mastered the key factor of its growth that canprovide theoretical basis for the domestication of Xinjiang unique wild mushrooms, and offer the technicalsupport for their production and promotion.They have selective characteristics for the absorption of different nutritional factor, according to theanalysis of colonial morphology, mycelium microscopic features, number of clamp connection, mycelium’stotal growth, the average daily growth rate, time of maximum daily growth, and number of days to achieve50%. Glucose, maltose, brown sugar, mannitol are the best carbon source of Phonliota adiposa. Peptone,ammonium nitrate, glutamine are the best nitrogen source. The best carbon nitrogen ratio is30:1. The bestnatural-occurring substance is1%of poplar. The best hormone is6%of6-BA. The best carbon source ofLepiota promineus is cellulose sodium salt. The best nitrogen source is glutamine. The best carbon nitrogenratio is30:1. The best nature-occurring substance is6%of cottonseed hull. The best hormone is15%ofgibberellin.The environmental factor of it were studied, and it shows that the best pH, temperature, water contentare6,30℃,60%, respectively. Darkness develop significantly promote the mycelium growth. The best pHand temperature of Lepiota promineus are7and30℃,respectively.In the growth adaptability study of Phonliota adiposa which grew under stress conditions, themycelium morphology, colony morphology and clamp connection had good performance, this clarifies thatthe Phonliota adiposa has the ability of high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. Starch,peptone, carbon nitrogen ratio of30:1, kernel, magnesium sulfate and riboflavin significantly promoted thegrowth of the mycelium by high temperature processing, starch, peptone, carbon nitrogen ratio of15:1,carrot, monopotassium phosphate and riboflavin significantly promoted the growth of the mycelium by lowtemperature processing.Mycelium vitality characteristics were studied, Based on the research of different culture preservationtime, nutritional factors on reproductive growth and the analysis of mycelium’s ability of eating material,primordium formation and sporocarp growth, further clarifies that Phonliota adiposa has a strong vitalityadaptability, and these factors had no inhibitory effect on reproductive growth. Preservation time of90dhad a good performance in Phonliota adiposa mycelium growth. Ability of eating material, primordiumformation time, sporocarp quality had good performance in the processing of yeast extract.
