| Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschlsky is a kind of harmful insects that live in the city gardens and parasite in the elm.They mainly eat elm leaves for a living, and they caused serious damage to the elm applied in city gardens. This experiment collectedand arranged some large fungi and plant resources which are available in Liaoning Province, then used biochemical tests to extract the effective components. It made a series ofinsecticidal tests by using the Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschlsky adults as test insects. The test results are as follows:1.Extract the collected effective components of98species of macrofungi, conduct Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschlsky adults insecticidal for Screening tests. Select threespecies of macrofungi’s extracts including Amanita verna(Bull.:Fr.) Pers.ex Vitt., Clitocybe cerussata (Fr.) Kummer, Lepiota brunneo-incarnata Chod et Mart which24h test insect mortality rate was100%.Extract the collected effective components of156species ofplants to got the ethanol extracts of plants. Conduct insecticidal screening test for Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschlsky adults. Finally, it selected five species of ethanol extracts of plants including Ranunculus japonicus Thunb, Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim,Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz., Rhamnus arguta Maxim and Cicuta virosa L. with their24h test insect mortality rate was100%.2.Using the three selected species of macrofungi extracts and alcohol extracts from five plants, which arranged in a gradient, acute toxicity test on Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschlsky adult with12h,24h,48h,72h. The experiments show that, in the macrofungi extracts, the Lepiota brunneo-incarnata Chod et Mart extract has the best insecticidal effect. The LC50on12h,24h,48h,72h text are80.041mg/ml,60.464mg/ml,48.506mg/ml,42.437mg/ml.In th e plant extracts, ethanol extract of Cicuta virosa L is the best. The LC50on12h,24h,48h,72h text are3.166mg/ml,2.490mg/ml,1.996mg/ml,1.585mg/ml.3. Test for the stability of macrofungi extracts and plant extracts, the two species of macrofungi’s Amanita verna(Bull.:Fr.) Pers.ex Vitt. and Lepiota brunneo-incarnataChod et bacteria are better stable as well as Ranunculus japonicus Thunb, Zanthoxylumbungeanum Maxim and Cicuta virosa L. alcohol extracts from three plants.4.Mixing the two kinds of macrofungi extracts and three kinds of plant extracts which screened out from the stability experiment in accordance with the mass ratio of100:1,then use theSix kinds of complex biological extract what had got last step to make a24h acute toxicity experiment on Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschlsky adults.The result is that in addition to complex Amanita verna(Bull.:Fr.) Pers.ex Vitt. and Ranunculus japonicus Thunb. extract, other five kinds of complex biological extracts showed different degree of synergism. The most obvious synergism extacrts are Lepiota brunneo-incarnata Chod et Mart and Cicuta virosa L.composite biological extract, the co-toxicity index reached114.490.5In Danio rerio as a biological indicator, test the12h,24h,48h,72h acute toxicity onDanio rerio by use the Composite biological extract of Lepiota brunneo-incarnata Chodet Mart and Cicuta virosa L. with the most obvious synergies complex and the best insecticidal effect. The LC50about composite biological extracts on Danio rerio are4.254mg/ml,3.514mg/ml,1.985mg/ml,1.517mg/ml. And the semi lethal concentration (LC50) of72h on the conducted animal is minimum,1.517mg/ml. Compared with the National Environmental Protection Bureau standards about <<technical specification for biological detection (water environment section)>>(Poison:LC50≤0.1mg/L; High toxicity:0.1mg/L﹤LC50≤1.0mg/L;Poisoning:1.0mg/L﹤LC50≤10.0mg/L;Low toxicity: LC50>10.0mg/L), that composite biological extracts belong to low toxicity.6. Using the25%synergistic Omethoate and sterile water as the control group tomake the field test of composite biological extract of Amanita verna(Bull.:Fr.) Pers.exVitt. and Cicuta virosa L. The experiment indicate that composite biological extract ofAmanita verna(Bull.:Fr.) Pers.ex Vitt. and Cicuta virosa L. have paly a role on killing Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschlsky, but the effect is not as good as25%synergistic Omethoate. This experiment aimed at selecting some kinds of plants and fungi ‘s species that can effectively control the Ambrostoma quadriimpressum Motschlsky from Liaoning Province.It provides the basis for product the biological pesticide with low toxicity, environmental protection, and easy degradation,and the new ideas for the production and development about biological pesticide production in future. |
