Porcine circovirus (Porcine circovirus, abbreviation: PCV) is a kind of the smallest animal virus ever discovered. The known PCV two serotypes, namely PCV1and PCV2. PCV1is a non pathogenic virus. PCV2is the pathogenic virus. Caused by PCV2disease mainly porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome (Porcine dermatisand nephropathy syndrome, PDNS) and postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS). In order to understand the porcine circovirus type two epidemiology in Fuzhou suburb, the experiments in2013-2014years on the outskirts of Fuzhou small scale pig farm of epidemiological investigation, the collection of blood samples for ELISA detection, aiming to grasp the Fuzhou suburb of PCV2infection status in pigs, which lays a theoretical foundation for the effective prevention and control of porcine circovirus disease. The results showed that:1. To investigate the incidence of small and medium scale pig farms in Fuzhou suburb of PCVD. The2013annual Fuzhou suburb field scale pig PCVD clinical morbidity rate was20.90%, with the increase of the scale of farming, PCVD clinical incidence rate showed a downward trend, More than500sows of pig farms in the incidence of PCV2was15%. Based on incidence of50head sow herds was the highest, was30.25%, significantly higher than the overall level of20.90%(P<0.05).2. the monitoring results show that porcine serum PCV2infection, detected pig or pig PCV2antibody positive rate of field (Group) showed a rising trend, chi square analysis through different regions of PCV2antibody positive rate was found in the suburbs of Fuzhou field, the2013PCV2antibody positive rate was higher in field, significant difference. The positive rate of PCV2antibody of different farming herd size is not the same, the positive rate of PCV2antibody in large scale pig farms in the relatively low, while the1-50pig farms, the antibody positive rate is higher than the100above, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). This result is consistent with the front face diagnosis results. This is a small scale farm management confusion, disease occurs frequently, PCV2wild virus infection. No significant differences between regions of antibody.3. the research on the application of PCR to be detected in87sera tested tissue,59, a total of146samples for detection of PCV2nucleic acid. The35tested serum samples were positive,52samples were negative;27tests were positive,32samples were negative. For the detection of PCR in5serum samples and5tissue nucleic acid of PCV2results, the result indicates that the method of detecting antibody and nucleic acid detection result is quite consistent with.
