Wheat is one of the major staple food for our people. It has a great significance in thegrain production. Our country has realized the sowing mechanized. To achieve the goal ofhigh yield of wheat crop, it must pay great attention to combine agricultural machinery andagriculture. The agronomic requirements of wheat crop all row spacing, planting distanceand sowing depth all need to be accurate in order to sow the wheat reasonably, which willsave seed, make full use of land, sunlight and wind. It makes the wheat crop to obtain goodgrowth environment, coordinate the relationship between individual and group, achieve thehigh percentage of earbearing tiller, spike and grain number. However the quality ofpresent seeders can’t satisfy the demand of high production. The agronomists are proposedto increase the number of lines but it does not increase seeds. It is that row spacingdecreases to7.5cm and sowing is the quantity of15cm spaces. It is that row spacing isreduced by half and each row sowing rate reduced by half too, but the total sowingquantity is unchanged. The seeding method can make more uniform distribution of wheatand sow depth consistent. It can be reached the goal of high yield. Due to the uniformdistribution of wheat, it is up to the ecological effect of water retention. In different regions,natural environment, soil conditions, wheat varieties and so on, the Structure of seedingmachine is different. The subject design and manufacture of the2BXZ-287.5row seederfor wheat applied in Hebei Province.In order to seed sowing more uniformly, in this paper through researching themetering device, measuring the size of commonly used varieties of wheat in Hebeiprovince, analyzing the principle of the working and the effect of the existing seedingmetering device, and making theoretical calculation and the experiments of the meteringdevice, design and improve a filling groove precision metering device. In the process ofdesigning and manufacturing the2BXZ-287.5row seeder for wheat, this paperinvestigated the existing wheat seeder, analyzed the7.5cm row wheat seeder detaily, andselected appropriate power tractors for sowing machine. According to the selected tractor,it determined seeding machine working width, selected the way of suspension, cheesedfeasible furrow opener, designed the structure of frame, box, and transmission system,cheesed the pipe through sowing experiment, and designed the transmission for regulateseeding rate. This machine preliminary made a prototype, and used in the experiment tosow the wheat crop. Based on the experimental findings, the seeding machine was improved.The improved seeding machine planted the wheat for farmers in Shenze. It wascompared in the experiment as a prototype in contrast with common wheat seeder in Xinjiexperimental base. Measured at the average grain number, standard deviation, coefficientof variation and the primary root, secondary root, plant height, the top leaf length, tillernumber, the diameter of the roughness and dry weight of the wheat before winter.The filling groove precision metering device makes planting more uniform.Reasonable arrangement of the opener makes the machine has good through performance.the2BXZ-287.5row seeder for wheat works stable. Effective tillers of wheat in planterare more. It achieved the purpose of wheat production.
