In the tarim river upstream NongYiShi16group’s natural P. pruinosa forest, because the yarkant riverdownstream AWaDiXian natural P. euphratica and P. pruinosa mixed forest and middle reaches of thetarim river LunTaiXian natural P. euphratica forest as study area, adopt the method of field investigationand determination of indoor analysis, research P. euphratica and P. pruinosa cloning reproductive organs-horizontal lateral root spatial distribution and morphological characteristics, horizontal lateral rootadventitious buds and the spatial distribution of and the number of pattern characteristics, the effect ofinternal and external resources to clone growth, genet and ramet population spatial distribution pattern of P.euphratica and P. pruinosa. The results were as follows:1.The relationship between clone ramet occurred and horizontal lateral root spatial distribution andmorphological characteristics: the survey for P. euphratica and P. pruinosa horizontal spatial distribution oflateral root, found16group three habitat medium grey P. pruinosa cloning ramet of horizontal lateral rootdistribution within0~20cm soil layer; AWaDiXian natural P. euphratica and P. pruinosa produce cloneramet of horizontal lateral root distribution within20~40cm soil layer; Luntai two habitat ramet of p.euphratica producing clones of horizontal lateral root distribution depth of different, at the edge of the riverunder the condition of soil moisture is sufficient horizontal lateral root distribution within0~10cm soil, forest horizontal lateral root is distributed in30~40cm soil layer. P. euphratica and P. pruinosa rametssite where lateral traverse shallow depth distribution in the proximal and distal root root, but the root of thedistribution ratio of the depth of the proximal end of the distal Roots; Adventitious bud/clone points strainsproduce horizontal lateral root part of the increase in diameter, which shoots/points strains produced bycloning root segment diameter of lateral root level is relatively consistent, horizontal lateral root ofadventitious bud/clone points of a single distribution roughness than adventitious bud/clone pointsdistribution in the plant roughness to fine.2.Adventitious bud and cloning ramet number characteristics on horizontal lateral root of P. euphraticaand P. pruinosa: Under the same habitat and different habitats in distribution, P. euphratica and P. pruinosahorizontal lateral root of adventitious bud/clone ramet on the size, number and distribution of plantcharacteristics are different. On the horizontal lateral root in some position there is no or only a fewadventitious bud/clone ramet distribution, some position distribution have a dozen to dozens of adventitiousbud/clone ramet; The same location distribution of adventitious bud/clone ramet there are differences in thesize of the strains; The adventitious bud on the horizontal lateral bud/clone ramet arranged in single ormultiple gathered, adventitious bud/clone ramet between the strain distribution of distance or far or near inthe distribution of horizontal lateral root; Adventitious bud/clone ramet of local performance for "intensive"distribution, distribution of overall performance for "guerrilla type".3.The influence of internal and external resource to P. euphratica and P. pruinosa reproductive cloningfeatures: P. euphratica and P. pruinosa reproductive cloning features not only receive by the influence ofthe clonal reproductive organs (horizontal lateral root) of environmental conditions, has also been cloned(horizontal lateral root) itself nutrient content of the reproductive organs. The influence of soil physical andchemical properties to P. euphratica and P. pruinosa clone growth displays in: the higher the soil moisturecontent, soil bulk density, the lower soil porosity and field capacity and soil available potassium content, the more the number of adventitious bud on horizontal lateral root (main influence factor is soil moisture content); The higher soil alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen content, the lower soil bulk density, soil porosity andfield capacity, the more the number of not unearthed clone ramet (main influence factor is soil alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen); The higher the soil moisture content and alkali solution nitrogen, the lower soilbulk density, soil porosity and field capacity, the more the number of unearthed clone ramet. The influenceof nutrient content of horizontal lateral root to P. euphratica and P. pruinosa clone growth displays in: thenumber of adventitious bud, not unearthed clone ramet/unearthed clone ramet on horizontal lateral rootwere very significant positive correlation relationship with the total nitrogen content, but the number ofadventitious bud and unearthed clone rame on the horizontal lateral root were significantly negativecorrelation with the total potassium content.4.Genet and ramet population spatial distribution pattern of P. euphratica and P. pruinosa: Analysis ofdifferent development stages of population spatial distribution pattern, with the increase of development, P.euphratica and P. pruinosa populations distribution pattern from the cluster distribution to randomdistribution, only randomly distributed space distribution pattern in the old tree phase; under Eight differentsampling scale (5m x5m,5m x10m,5m x15m and10m x10m,10m x15m,15m x15m,15m by20m,20m x20m), the three study area clonal ramet were to cluster in the spatial distribution pattern ofplant population distribution, and illustrate that cluster distribution is basic properties of P. euphratica and P.pruinosa the space distribution pattern of population; Clonal ramet in three study area show on5m x5msampling scale, negative binomial parameter (K), minimum Cassie index (CA) and polyethylene block sexindex PAI) is the largest, gathered strength on5m x5m sampling scale is the largest.
