This study collected24different sources of varieties of sweet clover,Field trials in BaiChengXianMijike township,Comparison between different varieties of seed quality, photosynthetic indexes andproduction performance indicators, nutrition suited local plant varieties; Will have a different farmingmethods suitable for local planting varieties and compare the different between the groups in different soillayer between the changes of soil physical and chemical properties, as to provide theoretical basis for thelocal agricultural cultivation measures; At the same time for different fertilizer treatments on sweet cloverseed production performance were studied.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Jilin species seed germination rate, germination potential were significantly higher than othermaterials (p<0.01),The plant height, yield and crude protein, relative forage value were significantlyhigher than other materials (p <0.01), neutral detergent fiber were significantly lower than that of othermaterials (p <0.01), crude fat content is second, stem leaf ratio, acid washing fiber slightly on the high side;Jilin net photosynthetic rate were significantly higher than other materials (p <0.01), but the water useefficiency was lower than those of other selected materials. Comprehensive indicators, jilin varieties sweetclover in24, the comprehensive index of the optimal, as the best suitable local varieties, followed by5265,5210,4583.(2)A single kind of winter wheat after winter wheat interplanting sweet clover increase soil totalnitrogen content at38.9%~45.5%, alkali solution nitrogen was17.5%~17.5%; Increase soil totalphosphorus content was32.4%~32.4%, effective phosphorus by24.7%~24.7%. Soil total potassiumcontent by11.6%~21%, effective potassium was3.4%~3.4%. Soil bulk density increased after winterwheat interplanting sweet clover, but is still in the normal range needed for planting density; Winter wheatinterplanting soil salt decreased significantly after sweet clover. Each processing each soil layer soil organicmatter, total nitrogen, alkali solution nitrogen content in the order: winter wheat interplanting sweet cloverand sweet clover rotation> winter wheat interplanting sweet clover continuous cropping> sweet clovercorn continuous cropping> continuous cropping of corn; The processing of each soil layer soil p content:winter wheat interplanting sweet clover and sweet clover rotation> winter wheat continuous cropping ofcorn interplanting sweet clover continuous cropping> sweet clover continuous cropping of corn; The kcontent of soil; Crop rotation, continuous cropping, interplanting sweet clover can improve soil fertility, with good sweet clover continuous cropping soil fertility; Soil weight coefficient to alkali solution nitrogen,total nitrogen and organic matter on the largest contribution to the crop growth and soil fertility.(3)The effect of different fertilizer treatments on sweet clover seed production and phosphatefertilizer can cause bad effects to plant density, high will also increase the rate of seed abortive. Under theratio of nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer applied into the determination through field index and seedgermination test with N90P90fertilizer processing white flower sweet clover and sweet clover seedproduction effect is other treatment group.
