Mycoplasma bovis (Bovis Mycoplasma, bovis M.) is the major pathogen of the cause of infectiouspneumonia and arthritis of calves. Cattle mycoplasma disease is a emerging domestic cow disease, thereis no commercially available vaccine for clinical use. In this study, we investigated the dynamic changes ofcolostrum and calf serum maternal antibodies we developed, which came from the pregnant cowimmunized Mycoplasma bovis vaccine that adjuvanted an aluminum hydroxide after inactivated; anddiscussed the preparation method of immune colostrum whey; and detected mycoplasma bovis antibodiesof calves umbilical cord; and it will provide experimental basis for the establishment of mycoplasma bovisvaccine immunization program, the best time and duration of calves feedcolostrum and the preparation ofhigher free colostrum of anti-bovine mycoplasma. The results were as follows:1Using different doses Mycoplasma bovis vaccine adjuvanted by an aluminum hydroxide after inactivatedto immunize the pregnant cows, and using the antibody titer of colostrum by ELISA indirectly to determinethe optimal immunization dose of pregnant cow immunized Mycoplasma bovis. The results showed thatthere is a dose of2.5mL/head interval of2weeks to immunize pregnant cows, twice immune are theoptimum immune effects. Using the immunization program immunize pregnant cows, Mycoplasma IgGantibody titers of bovine colostrum whey showed a gradual decline after the birth, and at3h is the highestafter birth, at72h post-partum colostrum remains a higher antibody titers.2After calves came from immunized cow were fed colostrum, using indirect ELISA to measure theantibody titers of Mycoplasma bovis, observed and recorded the healthy condition of calves. The results showed that the maternal antibody titers of calves serum that come from different dosesvaccine immunized cows are different, also in the protection force of new born calves. Thereinto, the colostrum that come from the cows which immunized dose of2.5mL/head, two weeks apart, immunize twice is good for the protection force. The Mycoplasma bovine antibodies of calf serum is thehighest after fed24h, and then declined, down to0.376on day10, suggesting that active immunization ofcalves after the10th time should be conducted in order to prevent interference with maternal antibodies.3Using High Free Whey that come from cows birthed12h, by detecting the whey protein content and IgGtiters of Mycoplasma bovis as an evaluation index, the results showed that degreasing effect of colostrumis the best by3500r/min,4℃centrifuge30min; using0.6mol/L hydrochloric acid, pH4.6, at roomtemperature30min,10000r/min centrifuge20min for colostrum whey is suitable method in preparation.4By collecting cord blood of immune and non-immune of cows calves to detect antibody titers ofMycoplasma bovis of cord blood. The results showed that Mycoplasma bovis antibody that come from cowcord blood of different dose vaccine are negative and antibody titers are no difference, no difference alsobetween immunized and control groups. It suggests that the test cattle herd has not appeared mycoplasmaintrauterine infection.
