Banana panama wilt has already become one of the main disease in banana production, which is induced by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense infect into vascular bundle of host and caused many economic losses in Chinese banana industry because its pathogen transmits rapidly. Trichoderma spp. H6from our screening research can inhibit Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense. In this paper, we studied the inhibition mechanism and induced resistance for Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense of Trichoderma spp. H6. The fermentation, insecticide resistance and survival ability in soil of Trichoderma spp. H6has been studied through the pot culture. The results will be showed in the following.1. Activities of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase from Trichoderma spp. H6had been determined in plate incorporation assay and reduction at different times. The results indicated that there is better inhibition on Trichoderma spp. H6for Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense and activities of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase from different times in fermentation are different.2. We detected the activities of enzymes which relate to induced resistance of banana seeding after applied Trichoderma spp. H6has been dominant increased, such as PAL, SOD, CAT and POD.3. The optimal recipe of Trichoderma spp. H6solid fermentation are as the following:(Bagasse:Corn starch=1.-4)75g, pathogen20%, water50%, sugar0.5%, KNO30.5%, beef extract0.5%and NaH2PO40.05%; optimal tempreture is28℃. The quantity of spore is1.49×109/g in this optimal conditions after fermented five days. The pot culture after fermented showed that the prevent effect of banana seeding which applied Trichoderma spp. H6for Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense is86.84%compared with control check.4. The study on effect between30%hymexazol and Trichoderma spp.H6revealed that the effects on hypha growth, spore germination rate and quantity are different in the different concentration30%hymexazol with the plot cultures. These results indicated that there were hardly not effects on hypha growth and spore germination when the30%hymexazol dilute factor is1500or2000time, but at these two cases, the best inhibitions were acquired by the dilute solutions with Trichoderma spp. H6. The best prevent effect on Banana panama wilt is66.12%which formulated30%hymexazol from the dilute factor is1000with the Trichoderma spp. H6.
