Zhongshengmycin, an new antibiotics and aminoglycoside antibiotics aminoglycoside was produced from Streptomyces lavendulae var. hainanensis new var. by Biological control institute of CAAS. The wetting powder that was content of3%zhongshengmycin wettable powder was significant antibacterium and antifungi to Eruinia carotovora sp.carotovora, Pseudomonas syringae pv. lachrymans, Xanthomonas oryzse pv. oryzae, Xoo and Botiyosphaeria berengriana f.sp piricola. Its pathogenic mechanism was to kill the bacteria by inhibiting the protein synthesis. It also could transform the filamentous mycelium, suppress the spore generation and then kill the fungi. Zhongshengmycin even could restrain the activities of gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, mycobacterium, yeast and filamentous fungi.Zhongshengmycin as an new aminoglycoside antibiotics aminoglycoside haven’t been UV-absorbed and surveyed by the instrument. In this paper, fluorescence material was produced in mixing reaction with Zhongshengmycin and derivative gasification reagent. This fluorescence material was detected with reversed-phase ion-pair chromatography by fluorescence detector. So, mobile phase and derivative gasification conditions were must be studied. Finally, we chose the mobile phase system as:A:B=27:73, A stands alkane acid sodium as0.5×10-3mol·L-1and ice acetate (14.5:0.7), B stands methanol. The period of validity of OPA was5days through derivative gasification. We also got the optimum dosage was1.0ml with the temperature was60℃,5mins. The poor stability of derivative gasification material proved in this experiment.In the adding recovery experiment of Zhongshengmycin on the cucumber, few important factors were studied, such as sample purification, unconventional adding ways and different matrixes, etc. The results of this experiment were far away from the standard ranges. With the Zhongshengmycin standard solution (50mL100mg·L-1) on the cucumber (20g as the check), recovery rate was just under30%, while the standard ranged from70%to120%. But the recovery under other conditions was0. The determination of3%Zhongshengmycin wettable powder was detected by chromatographic method. This method concluded coefficient of variation3.14%, average recovery99.23%and the linear correlation0.9991.
