To better understand the relationship between rapid growth and soil respiration.we chose thePhyllostachys pubescens soil of Qingshan as experimental research object in Lin’an city of ZhejiangProvince.automatic monitoring system (LI-8100A) of soil carbon flux was used to measure dynamicchanges of soil respiration and environmental factors in March,May,July,September, October, Decemberof2013and dynamics of environmental factors, By using automatic, the results showed that:(1)The soil respiration rate of has significance and seasonal dynamic change trend, dynamicchanges of soil respiration was relatively flat, showing a unimodal phenomenon.the maximum valuewas about11.88umol·m-2s-1in July2013,Minimum of0.29umol·m-2s-1in December appears.(2)Regression equation indicated that the soil respiration rate had significant index correlation(P<0.01) with soil temperature, relatively weak correlation with soil water content (P>0.05), and obviousindex correlation(P<0.01)with the surface air temperature. Atmospheric humidity didn’t lead tosignificant changes in soil respiration.(3)The correlation analysis showed that the change order of soil respiration rate in different seasonswas summer>autumn>spring>winter.Comprehensive analysis reached the following conclusions thatsoil temperature was the main environmental factor, dynamically regulating the soil respiration ratedaily and seasonally. And the temperature and humidity of soil and atmosphere near the ground hadcertain correlativity with the CO2emissions in soil respiration.Above research results can be further study carbon sequestration technologies provides theorybasis of Phyllostachys pubescens....
