Anthranilic diamides pesticides with characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity and unique mechanism. And with the insecticidal mechanism that other pesticides do not have, that is, this kind of pesticides can make insects efficiently activate the Ryanodine receptor and excessive release of calcium ions from calcium warehouse in cells, resulting in insect paralysis and death. They are currently the most promising insecticidal compounds. On the basis of structural analysis of chlorantraniliprole, the first commercial anthranilic diamides pesticides, we designed and synthesised142novel compounds,52of which were sent to do the insecticidal test. Some were added a pyrimidyl and some were changed the pyrazolyl to dihydro-pyrazole. The compounds were confirmed by1H NMR and MS.The results of biological tests indicated that most of the Anthranilic diamides pesticides have great insecticidal activity. All of the compounds ZJ4500, ZJ4501, ZJ4507and ZJ4525-ZJ4527all have high insecticidal activity. At100mg/L, they showed insecticidal activities100%0against diamond back moth and more than80%against aphis craccivora. They have great potential commercial value and worthy of further study.
