Botanical pesticides is a new, environmentally friendly and high efficiency pesticide. In thisstudy, we selected10kinds of plant extracts for three kinds of sucking pests insecticidalactivity testing. And based on the experiment results, we choose the high efficiency pesticide.1. Extraction of plant active substances with different solvents, we conducted alaboratory bioassay of aphifs, thrips, nymphal development, and found that several plant(Buttercup, Mugwort, Castor and Sophora alopecuroides) have high insecticidal activityagainst aphids, thrips, nymphal.2. Based on10kinds of pesticide active insecticidal activity of plant,4species includingCastor, Buttercup, Mugwort and Sophora alopecuroides were carried out for determining theregression analysis. The LC50of4kinds of plant extracts against Aphis sp. were822.90,529.73,258.90and303.79mg/L respectively. Mugwort and Sophora alopecuroides had thebetter performance than other two species.3. In the drawing standard curve of Mugwort, we obtained the regression equation ofcytisine y=41.6x-0.016, and correlation efficient was09987. We also determined the activesubstance of Mugwort in different parts of the Mugwort and found that insecticidal activity ofthe order as leaf> root> stem. Furthermore, we determine the active substances at differentgrowth stages of Mugwort, and found that insecticidal activity of the order as: fruit, flower, and seed.4. Through the analysis and comparison, we found that active substance of mugwortvaried at different growth stages and parts of Mugwort. Seed and leaf had the best insecticidalactivity at the fruiting period.
