Cotton aphid Aphis gossypii (Glover) belong polyphagous pests, mainly against cotton, squash, watermelon, wood and other plants, widely distributed in the world. Since the planting of genetically modified BT cotton bollworm has been effectively uesd, reducing the dosage field, cotton aphid develop and gradually become a major pest of cotton fields. Nitenpyram is one of the latest insecticides, having low toxicity, safe for non-target organisms, almost no impact on the environment, green pollution-free agricultural production in line with demand in China has a vast potential for development. Although the market has control aphid’s Nitenpyram WP sale, however, possible in order to get better formula, in the present study firstly the various carriers and additives were screened, and then using response surface methodology, the dosage, composition and amount of additives were optimized in order to get better formula.In this experiment, the carrier includes three:one belongs to the mineral class diatomaceous earth; A plant belonging to the class-lignin; while another synthetic carrier class belong-PCC; wetting agent selected ten sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), butyl-naphthalene sulfonate (nekal BX) and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (penetration JFC); dispersant is also a choice of three:lignin sulfonate (MS), naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate (NNO) and the polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether sulfate formaldehyde condensate (SOPA). The results showed that:1Carrier, a wetting agent and dispersing agent on the rate of the suspension has a significant effect, while the wettability and permeability of the affected only wetting agents and dispersing agents, and is statistically independent of the carrier.2Diatomaceous soils and a combination of JFC and SOPA have the best suspension rate, the theoretical value:91.2667%. We can also see that when the future changing of diatomaceous earth with precipitated calcium carbonate and lignin, suspension rates have suffered different degrees of decrease. There was an interaction between wetting and dispersing agents. Since the wetting and dispersing agents are surface-active agents, interactions may present during the source. No significant effect on vector wettability. In various combinations of wetting agent and dispersing agent, wetting SOPA JFC is a preferably combination, the wetting time is only the minimum theoretical21.33s. The BX and MS combination is the worst. For the permeability, SOPA and JFC also showed the best, penetration time for the shortest of40.67s. The influence of the carrier on the permeability is also not significant.3. Suspension rate, wettability and permeability as the index further the chemical composition of8%additive combinations (JFC and SOPA) and92%carrier original and drug combinations were optimized. Each indicator was obtained the optimal combination by software forecast.2%JFC,6%SOPA,76%carrier and16%of the original drug obtained a highest suspension rate of92.5%. And to2.05%JFC,5.95%SOPA,74.6%and17.4%of the carrier and the original drug combination has the highest wetting theoretical value of8.3s. High permeability of17.3s was got by the combination of2.19%JFC,5.81%SOPA,70.90%of the carrier and21.1%of the original drug combination. When the maximum suspension rate, the minimum time as both wetting and penetration were used as index, we found that the best combination was that:JFC2%, SOPA6%, while the original drug and carriers accounted for17%and75%.4The quality experiments indicated that17%Nitenpyram WP products meeted standard requirements. The study results will play a very good guide for the actual production.5Bioassay results showed that17%WP Nitenpyram control efficiency (78.30%) was higher than the1.8%abamectin EC control efficiency (71.22%), which partially proved the applicability of the product and its value.
