Using two salinity-resistance grape variants:summer black(weak salt resistance) andrizamat (strong salt resistance) as the material,Spraying ALA on the leaf for alleviating thegrape plants under salt stress, thereinto setting the0g/kg,2g/kg,4g/kg three salt concentrationgradient and0mg/L,75mg/L,150mg/L ALA concentration gradient,a total of9processingto study the vine and the change of indicators.Through measuring and analysing the plantmorphological indexes, photosynthetic characteristics, physiological and biochemical indexes, and related indicators in the ASA-GSH circulatory system to test the effects of ALA and findthe best processing combination. The results of the study are as follows:1、The effect of morphological index and photosynthetic characteristics after sprayingALA on the leaf under salt stress:Under salt stress, the growth and photosynthesis of grapeplant were restrained, the plant height and stem diameter increase slowly;chlorophyllcontent, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were decreased, intercellular CO2concentration rose and the inhibition is more obvious with the increase ofsalt stress gradient. After spraying different levels of ALA on the leaf to alleviate effectivelyinhibition of plant growth and photosynthesis under salt stress, showing that increasedamplitude of the plant height, stalk diameter rose, reduction amplitude of chlorophyllcontent, net photosynthetic, stomatal conductance and increased amplitude of glutathionereductase and intercellular CO2concentration slow down. But for two grape varieties ofdifferent salt resistances, the corresponding mitigation effects are not the same. The result is touse2g/kg salt and75mg/LALA,4g/kg salt and150mg/LALA to treat "summer black" and"rizamat" grapes respectively, mitigation effect is the most obvious.2、 The effect of grape physiological index after spraying ALA on the leaf under saltstress:grape plants under salt stress, the inhibition of physiological indexes were alleviated todifferent levels. After spraying different concentrations of ALA on the leaf, The inhibition ofphysiological indexes are differently remitted. Meaning using2g/kg salt and75mg/L ALA,4g/kg salt and150mg/L ALA to treat "summer black" and "rizamat" grapes respectively, thesoluble protein content, proline content, root activity and enzyme activity of SOD, POD,CAT in the two kinds of leaves were significantly increased.,but the relative conductivityand MDA content were remarkably reduced. The study shows that spraying ALA on the leafwhich increased the content of osmoregulation substances, activity of the protective enzymeand reduced the membrane lipid peroxide in the grape plants under salt stress to maintain thestability of the membrane system and promote the plant growth, thus lead to alleviate saltstress.3、The effect of the ascorbate-glutathione cycle after spraying ALA on the leaf under saltstress:Spraying75mg/L ALA can significantly improve activities of ascorbic acid peroxidase (APX) and glutathione reductase(GR),nono-dehydroascorbate reductase(MDHAR),dehydroascorbic acid reductas (DHAR) and contents of ascorbic acid (ASA) and glutathione(GSH) and ASA/DHA, GSH/GSSG ratio, reduce contents of hydrogen ascorbic acid type(DHA) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG) in "summer black" grape leaves under2g/kg saltstress significantly; While spraying150mg/L ALA can improve activity of ascorbic acidperoxidase (APX) and glutathione reductase (GR), nono-dehydroascorbate reductase(MDHAR), dehydroascorbic acid reductas (DHAR) and contents of ascorbic acid (ASA) andglutathione (GSH) and ASA/DHA, GSH/GSSG ratio significantly, the contents of hydrogenascorbic acid type (DHA) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG) in "Rizamat" grape leaves dropgreatly under4g/kg salt stress.Which ASA-GSH circulation metabolism can operate normallyand effectively, enhance the ability that plants remove active oxygen, ease the oxidativedamage caused by salt stress, improve salt resistance of plant.
