[Object] Nitrogen is one of the most important plant nutrients, providing important support for thephotosynthesis of plants and ecosystem productivity, so the accumulation of dry matter and nutrients tocrops, composition and quality of production plays an important role. However, as a limited resource, nitrogen in wheat production process, unreasonable administered widespread. By studying the absorptionof nitrogen in spring wheat in Xinjiang drip law, as well as nitrogen nutrition diagnosis, wheat production isaccurate, rapid, economical determine nitrogen status of plants, to determine the nitrogen requirements ofplants and improve the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer to provide scientific basis.[Method] Through a field plot experiment of4nitrogen levels(N0:0kg/hm2, N1:225kg/hm2, N2:300kg/hm2and N3:375kg/hm2) with cultivar Xin Chun6was carried at experiment station. In different N conditions, useing the method of logistic regression equations to study drip dry spring wheat and accumulation ofnitrogen, while the use of different nitrogen nutrition diagnosis, through comparative analysis, optimumdiagnostic methods and diagnostic period.[Result](1) By logistic curve model for spring wheat dry matter and nitrogen accumulation were fitted. Thefast drip dry matter accumulation of spring wheat after emergence time in30~61d, the rapid accumulationof nitrogen in the time of its emergence25~55d, than dry rapid accumulation of material ahead of timeabout six days, indicating that absorb nitrogen utilization to promote rapid accumulation of dry matterplayed a role.(2) nitrogen fertilizer increased the grain yield of spring wheat drip irrigation, yield components, butthe impact is mainly reflected in the form of improved and grains per spike. Wheat yield and proteincontent with increasing amount of nitrogen is also showing decreased after the first increase. Which yieldsto the highest N2, reaching7619.86kg/hm2than N0yield40.96%.(3) Chlorophyll meter readings measured with conventional methods chlorophyll content, leafnitrogen content in the jointing, booting, heading and flowering, milky stage was a significant linearcorrelation. Between SPAD values and nitrogen content in plants jointing and milk stage was significant orsignificant linear correlation.(4) NDVI values measured with the conventional method of chlorophyll content, leaf nitrogen contentin the jointing stage, heading and flowering, milky stage was a significant linear correlation. At tillering, jointing and milk stage was between NDVI values and plant nitrogen content significantly.(5) Reflectometry measurements and total nitrogen content in the leaves, the jointing stage, headingand flowering was a significant linear correlation.(6) By comparing the three diagnostic indicators of nitrogen nutrition and plant nitrogen contentcorrelation analysis showed that the nitrate content under different nitrogen levels measured in the jointingstage and plant nitrogen content showed a linear correlation between the level of the correlation coefficientof0.01was significantly correlated where the nitrate content in the jointing stage highest correlationcoefficient was0.898**.[Conclusion] A reasonable amount of nitrogen and nitrogen period is the important measures to realizeefficient high quality and high yield of wheat. The spring wheat under drip irrigation needs to ensureadequate water and fertilizer supply at25-55d after seedlings emergence. The quadratic polynomial in oneelement fitted results between yield and nitrogen application rate showed that the highest yield could be obtained when nitrogen application rate was329kg/hm2. Through comparative analysis of three nitrogennutrition diagnosis, derived nitrate content was measured reflection in the jointing stage can be a goodindication of the amount of nitrogen plant wheat, instant nitrate content can be diagnosed by measuringlevels of nitrogen nutrition of wheat.
