With the progress of science and technology, biological pesticide due to its advantages thanchemical control has become a new trend for the development of the global pesticide industry, how to utilize the local native plant resources control invasive plants is deserving of research. This study explored the allelopathic effects and mechanisms of water extractions from Miliaazedarach Linn. leaves,Carya cathayensis Sarg. epicarp and Oenanthe javanica (Blume) DC.on Spermacoce latifolia Aubl..It improved the understanding of invasion mechanism andeffective prevention of invasive plants.Using the Milia azedarach leaves,Carya cathayensis epicarp and Oenanthe javanica, wholedifferent concentrations of water extractions(5,10,20,25,50g/L) as the donor, distilled water asck, the Spermacoce latifolia germination rate, germination energy, germination index;Using thedifferent dosage of donor plants (15,30,45,60g/pot) distilled water soaking liquid with residueprocessing seedlings of the Spermacoce latifolia, distilled water as ck,its plant height, specificleaf weight, biomass, chlorophyll content, protein content, superoxidedismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured. The water extracts of Milia azedarach leaves to the intendity of inhibition of germinationrate was13.97%~35.37%, the highest concentrations (50g/L), the receptor plant seedgermination energy reduction of32.67%;the seedlings of Spermacoce latifolia of average height, specific leaf weight and biomass inhibitory effect were not obvious;chlorophyll content ofreceptor plant in various treatments was5.05~9.34mg/g, Milia azedarach leaves treatmentinhibit utility after Oenanthe javanica, chlorophyll content declined after treatment6d, fell byan average of31.50%;scope changes in protein content was2.98~11.49mg/g, its fluctuatingrange is larger. The water extracts of Carya cathayensis epicarp to the intendity of inhibition of germinationrate was7.35%~8.67%; The donor plants also have some inhibitory effect on receptor plant, theimpact on plant height and biomass of receptor plant are not obvious, in addition to the middleand low dosage of Carya cathayensis epicarp to plant height growth of receptor plant have acertain role in promoting; chlorophyll content of receptor plant in various treatments was6.73~9.50mg/g, fell by an average of17.19%; scope changes in protein content was3.83~8.08mg/g, decline in the average fell45.71%.The water extracts of Oenanthe javanica to the intendity of inhibition of germination ratewas14.00%~28.67%, the highest concentrations (50g/L), the receptor plant seed germinationenergy reduction of27.34%; the seedlings of Spermacoce latifolia of average height, specificleaf weight and biomass inhibitory effect were not obvious; chlorophyll content of receptorplant in various treatments was4.35~11.33mg/g, high dosage of Oenanthe javanica to thechlorophyll content, the average fell by38.53%; scope changes in protein content was3.23~11.40mg/g, high dosage of Oenanthe javanica to the protein content level, the largest decline inthe average fell by51.72%,It was similar under the different experimental treatments to the SOD, POD and MDA: theactivities of SOD,POD were increased first after the fall, slightly decreased to stabilize after thefirst increase in MDA content.Comprehensive, the amount of experimental Milia azedarach leaves,Carya cathayensisepicarp and Oenanthe javanica have a certain impact on the growth of Spermacoce latifolia, ofwhich the Milia azedarach leaves and Oenanthe javanica extract processing inhibitory effect isbetter.Consider high dosage of Milia azedarach and Oenanthe javanica water extractions tocontrol Spermacoce latifolia. These provides a theoretical basis for the future of safe andeffective prevention and control Spermacoce latifolia, their composition and role ofallelochemicals mechanism needs further study.
