Drought is one of the most important factors in the environment,and it can cause great physiological changes of plants,and is highly sensitive to drought stress,but there are some differences between different plants.. In garden greening,Quercus variabilis,Cyclobalanopsis gilvaas drought tolerant planting trees,how to reasonable planting has become the focus of the study of urban planners. Therefore physiological responses to drought stress through the study of Quercus variabilis,not only help to reveal the Quercus variabilis to stress on some physiological mechanism,the more useful and feasible technical measures taken in the production,improving the resistance of Quercus variabilis or protect against damage,creating favorable conditions for the growth of Quercus variabilis. This study with a Cyclobalanopsis gilvaod species as control,were studied under different degrees of drought stress Quercus variabilis stress about physiological indexes,Photosynthetic of Physiological Characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters change. The results show that:1.Changes of white Liguang photosynthetic characteristics and physiological inde related to drought stress in summer 1(L) with prolonged stress time and the deepening of the degree of Quercus variabilis. Qiefu atmosphere a substantial increase, antio idant enzymes (SOD,POD,CAT) activity was first increased and then decreased. (2) under drought stress in summer,Quercus variabilis and dense wOOd volume photon efficiency (AQY),carboxylation efficiency (CE) decreased,and the thick Quercus variabilis wOOd photosynthetic inhibition at the early stage of moderate drought,severe drought expressed stomatal limitation,is non stomatal limitation,the later was non stomatal limitation. The light saturation point (LSP) decreased,the light compensation point (LCP) increased,the intensity is smaller. (3) the analysis of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that,along with the stress time and stress,Quercus Fv/Fm,qP,Yield, zand other parameters of 100 condition gradually decreased,but NPQ increased gradually (4) grey relational analysis showed that summer,Quercus variabilis and dense wOOd Pn the influence of meteorological factors was the largest the atmospheric temperature,and drought stress under the Quercus variabilis Pn the greatest impact of meteorological factors and atmospheric temperature,thick wOOd is air vapor pressure.2.1n the autumn of 2 drought stress change under white Liguang photosynthesis and related physiological indees.(1) with the tension of stress time and stress,Quercus variabilis and thick wooden 1; while the cell membrane permeability,MDA content and proline content increased significantly,anti oidase system (SOD,POD,CAT) activity was first increased and then decreased trend. (2) under drought stress in autumn,Quercus variabilis and thick wOOden apparent quantum efficiency (AQY),carboylation efficiency (a) to fall,Quercus variabilis and thick wOOden photosynthetic inhibition was non stomatal limitation. The light saturation point (lower LSP),light compensation point (LCP) increased,the intensity is smaller. (3) the analysis of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that,along with the stress time and stress,Quercus Fv/Fm,qP,Yield,ETR and other parameters decreased gradually,and NPQ increased gradually (4) fall on oak and thick wOOd Pn meteorological factors that influence the maximum for the atmospheric temperature,while under drought stress mainly for the atmospheric water vapor pressure.3.Differences of early stress on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Quercus affects 3. Quercus variabilis membrane seasonal drought stress (SOD,POD,CAT) activity,Pn,WUE on the mean and mean Fv/Fm index,shows that,due to the decline of Quercus Chl content under drought stress in summer than in autumn and low amplitude,the Pn the mean and Fv/Fm decreased significantly lower than those in autumn. Combined with the analysis of meteorological factors in summer and autumn,the summer drought stress on oak membrane system, degree of injury of photosynthetic apparatus and optical system of PS II than in autumn.
