With soil microbial of plastic greenhouse in suburb Hohhot as the object of the research, the sample has been taken by layer from January to December in 2013. To explore amounts and kinds of soil microbial in distribution characteristics and species identification of month and space, the test adopted the traditional separation methods by various of nutrient mediums, using the principle of soil microbiology comprehensively. The following results were obtained.1. It was founded that there were 11 species of fungi,4 species of bacteria, 4 species of actinomycetes in the soil of plastic greenhouse.2. The results indicated that the number of fungi reached its maximum in June while reached its minimum in January. Both of the biggest number of bacteria and actinomycetes were in seven, on the contrary, the smallest number of them was in December. Meanwhile, the number of three kinds of microorganism was most during June to August.3. It was concluded a certain horizontal that the distribution of fungi species. There was Aspergillus of fungi as superiority microbial from January to April. The most variousity of fungi was in May, June and July, including Pythium sp. Aspergillus, Trichoderma spp. Mucor Penicillium, Nigrospora, Papularia sp. The species of fungi were mainly with Pythium sp. Mucor, Aspergillus, Penicillium during August to December. The species of bacteria were distributed all the year round, among of them Bacillaceae, Enterobacteriaceae, Streptococcus were more common. The biggest number of actinomycetes was Streptomycetaceae, it can be found in the range of soil in 12 months and more stable. Besides, the amounts of Micropolyspora, Microbispora bispora ranged from high to low.4. It was discovered a clear vertical that the dynamic changing of microbial amounts in plastic greenhouse soil. The counts of microorganism gradually reduced with the decreased soil layer, in which the number of the surface layer was at most, in other words, the soil microorganism was the most active. The number of microorganism at 15~20cm of soil was the least. Eech soil layer as variables, the results revealed that the distribution of microbial amounts at a certain vertical was related to them.5. The species of fungi at 0~5cm of soil which the test isolated and identified mainly concluded Aspergillus, Trichoderma spp. Penicillium. There were the most abundant microorganism at 5~10cm of soil, while Pythium sp. Aspergillus, Neuropara, Mucor were distributed at most in the layer. Among the microorganism at 10~20cm of soil Aspergillus.flavus Link, Aspergilhis.niger Tiegh. Penicillium was the larger proportion. Thus, Saccharomyces sp. covered the ranges from the surface to the bottom. Most of actinomycetes at 0~10cm of soil by identification was Streptomycetaceae. The most widely obvious distribution were Aerobic bacteria and Facultative anaerobic bacteria at 0~5cm of soil, instead the above conclusion was at 10~15cm of soil as for Anaerobic bacteria.
