Taxus belongs to Bare plant subphylum Taxaceae Taxaceae Taxus. Taxus exploitation exhibited unprecedented upsurge owing to its distinct anticancer activity as well as domestic and international demand since taxol is approved to cure Cancer as new drug, this phenomenon leads to nature taxaceae dwindling and shortage, It is an effective method to cultivate taxus.The value of theory and economic is important to effect and Comprehensive use of taxus resources regeneration site through studying influence of Site conditions、varieties、organ and picking time to content of taxol and precursor. Conclutions are fellows:1、In this paper it has been used Eclipse Plus Phenyl-Hexyl column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm), column temperature at 25℃,detection wavelength at 227 nm, velocity at 1 mL·min-1, helium degassing at 25 mL·min-1,the injection volume at 20 μL,0.1% aqueous solution of acetic acid as mobile phase A,0.1% acetonitrile solution acetic acid as mobile phase B, elution mode is gradient elution by optimization of chromatographic conditions and methodological study;2、Conditions for the preparation of taxus chinensis samples as follows:The extraction method is that extraction solvent is methanol, extracting temperature is 30 ℃, which it is 60 min respectively,30 min,30 min for a total of extract three times, total liquid-solid ratio is twenty to one, extraction for 3 times with 50 mL chloroform for each time after fat-free extraction for 3 times for each time with 50 mL petroleum ether. Concrete is getted after that organic phase chloroform layer is evaporated rotatingly at room temperature, then the concrete is dissolved with chromatographic grade methanol, the solution can be analyzed with the high performance liquid chromatography method after filtering with 0.22 μm microporous membrane.3、Canadian Taxus madia is more suitable for Xinyang than Kaifeng, so it is a good idea to set up artificial economic forest in Xinyang. Taxus cuspidate and Taxus madia zike should generalize vigorously the planting as the advantages of provenance in Kaifeng area to provide abundant raw materials for taxol exacting; Taxus in Kaifeng is best suitable for picking in March.Semi-synthesis of taxol by 10-deacetyl-baccatin and BaccatinⅢ are cannot be ignored.
