Milk fat percentage:Local dairy cattle> Australian dairy cattle> Uruguayan dairy cattle, what’s more, there is no significant difference between the three dairy cattle groups(P>0.05). Milk protein percentage:Uruguayan dairy cattle> Australian dairy cattle> Local dairy cattle, and there is no significant difference among the three dairy cattle groups(P>0.05). Milk yield during 305 days:Local dairy cattle is significantly higher than Uruguaryan dairy cattle(P<0.05),and there is significant difference between Local dairy cattle and Australian dairy cattle(P>0.05),and there is significant difference between Australian dairy cattle and Uruguayan dairy cattle(P>0.05). The persist, early lactation period from 0 to 70 days:the three are all higher than the ideal value,and the one which is most close to the ideal value is Australian dairy cattle.
