This experiment in arid and semi-arid area of Ningxia, with a combination of N, P and K fertilization as the main factors for field trials, on full-growth stage of potato dry-matter accumulation and N, P, K contents were determined, explore the N, P and K nutrient absorption law under different fertilization patterns and its effect on yield and quality of. Results show that:1, The whole growth period of potato dry-matter accumulation was "slow-fast-slow-fast-slow" unimodal growth model. Dry matter accumulation in different organs from high to low in the order is tubers> leaves> stems> rhizome> root; treatment dry matter accumulation per plant from high to low in the order is N2P2K2> Organic fertilizer>N2P2Ko>N2PoK2>N0P2K2>NoPoKo; N, P, K fertilizer can effectively increase the amount of dry matter accumulation,Among them N fertilizer contribution rate larger than P and K fertilizer. Organic fertilizer slow release fertilizer effect so the peak appeared relatively late;no fertilizer and no nitrogen treatment due to insufficient supply of nutrients, leading to its premature aging, peak in advance. Different treatments potato total accumulation of dry matter are present a "S" type curve trend, conform to the logistic growth equation.2, Potato and fertilization of N, P and K contents in organs varies. N content in different organs during the whole growth period fluctuations, and underground stems of leaves, stems, and roots of seedling stage of nitrogen is highest with the formation of tubers, a large amount of nitrogen into tubers, leaves, stems, rhizomes and root nitrogen declined. N is constantly shifting in the organs of potato and transport, control potato shoot and root growth of balances on potato yield is very important. Whole growth period of little change in phosphorus content of potato, and phosphorus content in different organs is expressed as a root> rhizome> stem> tubers. Potassium content in various organs of potato during the whole growth period size always stem> rhizome> tubers> root shows as transporting organs stem than other organs need more K.3, Potato growth period of N, P, and K uptake and accumulation trends are increasing accumulation of them most, followed by N and P least. Effect of P fertilization on phosphorus accumulation in potato is small, instead of N to P accumulation in potato, equally separate the accumulation effect of applying potassium fertilizer on potato plant is smaller. N, P, K and combined application of organic manure on can increase the amount of potato, and facilitating nutrient uptake and accumulation. Potato under different fertilizer application amount of N, P and K accumulation per plant showed a "S" curve, free logistic equation simulating and analog correlation coefficients were significantly positively correlated levels.4, The effects of different fertilization on potato quality is different. Organic fertilizer on Potato’s VC, reducing sugar and starch content increases are very good results, followed by P and K. No fertilizer can effectively reduce the nitrate contents in tubers, other effects of fertilizer on nitrate content need further research. Fertilization can increase the tuber the reducing sugar content, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization decreased the reducing sugar content, increased nitrogen and phosphorus can increase the crude protein content of tuber, and N than P, K decreased tuber protein content. To sum up, N, P and potash fertilizers and organic manure fertilization on quality of potato tuber has a significant role to improve and enhance.5, Potato yields vary under different treatments. N2P2K2 output for highest 1245.4kg/667m2, N0P2K2, N2P0K2, N2P2K0, N2P2K2, and organic fertilizer production was more than the least production of N0P0K0 by 915.01kg/667m2, respectively,8.72%,14.57%,36.11%,21.23%. N2P2K2 summarize the potatoes up to 13.2/plant than fat-free processed increase an average of at least 3.8 per plant. The highest large potato rate was no potassium treatment is 67.89%, and the lowest was no nitrogen treatment 56.85%. And thus the N, P and K fertilization can increase the effective improvement of potato tuber number, thus increasing yield.
