The experiment was conducted to study on the effect of two different fermentation processes, whether turned material over, on the content of nutricines of compound bacteria culture and study on the effect of different strain combinations on the content of nutricines of fermentation products and in vitro digestibility. At the same time, the correlation between the different forage ratio and the adding amount of compound bacteria culture was conducted in vitro to clarify the optimum adding amount of compound bacteria culture into the diet. Through adding microbial feed into sheep diets to discuss the effect of microbial feed on sheep production performance and economic efficiency to povide a theoretical basis for the reasonable use of biological feed. The experiment results showed that:(1) The content of nutricines improved significantly after turing over the solid state fermentation feed. Compared with not turn material group, the contents of viable count, beta glucan, mannan, polypeptide, total amino acid and total organic acid were increased by 63.64%,8.46%,1.48%,2.3% and 0.46% and 3.72% respectively.(2) Saccharomyces cerevisiae BC, XR4, and Bacillus subtilis A15 were used to conduct solid state fermentation. The contents of polypeptide, total organic acid, beta glucan and mannan were higher than 2 yeast (BC, XR4) fermentation and increased by 2.29%,12.14%,9.46% and 20.11% respectively. In addition, using bacillus subtilis and yeast to conduct synergistic fermentation could significantly improve the feed nutrient digestibility in vitro.(3) Adding the compound bacteria culture into the diet not only could significantly increase the concentration of TVFA and BCP (P<0.05), but also significantly reduced the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid (P<0.05). While, there was no significant effect on the pH value. When the dietary concentrate to forage ratio was 5:5, the best adding amount of compound bacteria culture was 30%, while under the condition of 6:4, the best adding amount was 25%.(4) Experimental group was fed diets replaced 4 kg the basal diet with equal quality of microbiology fermented feed, the average daily weight gain in the experimental group increased by 9.96% than that in the control group and the material weight than that in the control group decreased 5.12%.At the end of the experiment, each sheep of the experimental group could increased revenue 8.16 yuan, which had great promotion value.
