The effect of fertilization:(1)Topdressing urea, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate into field, by contrast, the ammonium sulfate has the best effect. The average diameter, seedling height and production are all higher than that of the contrast field about 51.81%,76.19% and 123.52%. (2)Basing organic fertilizer has an outstanding influence on the growing of seedlings. The average diameter, seedling height and production are all higher than that of the contrast field about 24.10%,26.84% and 100.00%. (3)Using potassium dihydrogen phosphate to foliar fertilizer also has an outstanding influence on the growing of seedlings. The average diameter, seedling height, root length and fibrous root length are all higher than that of the contrast field about 17.27%,25.76%,20.42% and 17.17%. (4)By contrast fertilization effect, dressing the greatest impact on seedling growth of ammonium sulfate, followed by the base of organic fertilizer, the worst is spraying potassium dihydrogen phosphate.2. Provenance testBased on 7 different provenances of Larix principis-rupprechtii seed quality determination and seedling test, the results showed that:The index variation coefficient of different provenances seeds clarity, excellent degrees, thousand grain weight and germination rate is higher, and the differences among different provenances, were significantly; There are significant differences among different provenances about basal diameter, seedling height and>2cm lateral roots. Through the adoption of comprehensive evaluation on the principal component analysis, initially identified Jiaocheng Dongpodi and Jiaocheng Pangquangou of Shanxi two provenances as seedling excellent provenances, Qixiaying of Inner Mongolia provenance performance is better, Keshenketengqi of Inner Mongolia and Bashang of Hebei two provenances are the worst.3. Other technologies(1)It is vary widely after sowing the seeds of four different treatments derived seedling emergence and seedling growth. After the treatment of ice storage,45℃ warm water and 70℃ hot water, the seedling emergence were 25.54%,18.94% and 2.98%. The effect of ice storage after treatment is the best. The average diameter, seedling height and production increased by 52.42%,82.65% and 96.16%; (2)The optimum density of Larix principis-rupprechtii la seedling is 500-600/m2 strains; (3)Optimal planting time of Larix principis-rupprechtii in the test area is from April 27 to May 5.In this period, the seedling emergence rate, saving rate, seedling height and average diameter are maintained at a relatively stable level; (4)After chemical weeding in combination with artificial weeding, control and elimination effect increased by 30.43 percent and total cost saved by 465 yuan/667m2.4. Nursery stock gradingThe grade of Larix principis-rupprechtii sowing seedling was divided. The result showed that:the seedling height, average diameter, ground diameter, lateral root number ≥2cm and root range of best seedlings is>25.00cm,≥3.50cm,≥7.50cm,≥7cm and ≥20.00cm; the order of secondary seedlings is 20.00~25.00cm,2.50~3.50cm, 6.00~7.50cm,5~6cm and 16.00~20.00cm; the order of third seedlings is 16.50~20.00cm, 1.60~2.50cm,5.00~6.00cm,3~4cm and 14.50~16.00cm. |
