The Preliminary Study Of Good Agriculture Practice On Ziziphora Bungeana Juz. In Xinjiang

Objective: To develop a new planting standard of Ziziphora bungeana Juz, and this paper proposes suggestions about the reasonable development, utilization and protection of the wind herb resources of Ziziphora bungeana Ju. Methods: The soil conditions,atmospheric environment and irrigation water in small river of Urumqi nanshan were detected and evaluated in order to provide the scientific foundation for the construction of cultivation base of Ziziphora bungeana Juz. At the same time to study cultivation techniques of Ziziphora bungeana Juz, including try to cultivate and till the fields, study breeding methods of the seeds, do reserch for the management of planting base, and then do the prevention and treatment of diseases and insect pests of Ziziphora bungeana Juz.The main effective components of Z. bungeana in different growth periods were collected and detected by HPLC, and to determine the optimum harvest time by it. And then, herbs Z. bungeana were primary processing packaging, transport and storage in the production base. Finally, the quality of Z. bungeana were evaluated and controlled with the main effective component. Result: The soil environment quality of GAP base in nanshan small river reached the second standard of GB15618-1995 and soil fertility indexes is good on the whole substantially; the irrigation water quality reached the second standard of GB5084-2005, and air condition reached the first class standard of GB3095-1996. On the whole the environment of the production base have all reach various national GAP standards. Meanwhile we found its of the most suitable for Z. Bungeana in breeding by introduction and domestication breeding. and in the cultivation process, the use of organic fertilizer for growing of Z. Bungeana took the greatest impact; We finally found the highest production period of Z. Bungeana in August.The contents of Pulegone and Caffeic Acid were higher from mid-July to mid-August, and the Rosmarinic Acid was higher in the late June to early August. So the best quality of Z. bungeana is during mid-July to early August. And then we found the artificial planting herbs have similar quality with wind herbs. Conclusion: Through the artificial planting and cultivation of Z. Bungeana,the excellent germplasm of Z. Bungeana be found plays a key effect on its quality. And then we found to carry out artificial planting herbs is feasible by the study of production process of Z. Bungeana, and it’s an ensurance for clinical use and reasonable utilization of the herbs resource of Z. Bungeana.
