| In recent years, with the implementation of the national land transfer policy, a large number of individual growers and corporate growers of scale rice cultivation emerged around the nation. The degree of intensive land use is greatly increased and the efficiency of agricultural production achieved a significant improvement as well.But with the scale of planting rice growing acreage, weather and climate impact is also growing.In this paper, the study is focused on double cropping of rice acreage in Wangcheng District, Changsha, Hunan province, the meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation technologies for scale quality rice cultivation is studied to guide individual growers and corporate growers to obtain the accurate weather information timely to plant rice avoiding disadvantages to carry rice production. the Interpolation Method, Grid analysis Method, Statistical analysis Method, Regression Analysis Method and ArcGIS technology are used to analyze the agricultural production conditions, agricultural climate resources and agricultural meteorological disaster risk respectively. Besides, the agriculture meteorological indexes are also selected in double cropping rice key growing period. Through scientific selection of double cropping rice and reasonable rice produce management, the effective meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation technologies are established to provide scientific support for native rice produce. The main conclusions as following:1) In terms of meteorological disaster risk control of scale rice cultivation in double cropping rice, it is best for individual growers to cultivate about 33.3-100.0 hm2, while 66.7-266.7 hm2 is best for corporate growers.2) Both of individual growers and corporate ones should scientifically select different variety of double cropping rice to plant according to native date of 80% rice spiking( sixth September in study area).3) Scientifically arranging production plan including cultivating plan and different combinations of rice species in the light of native agricultural meteorological disaster happening period.4) It is effective to improve the ability to against main agricultural meteorological disaster(such as cold damage, heat and drought, flood etc.). |
