Abstract/Summary:
The loss is increased by plant fungi disease. Searching and depeloping new antibiotics with antifungal activites on plant diseases take more attentions. Actinomycetes embody broad prospects for development in antibiotic development. Because of the traditional separation of source is exhausted, special environmental microorganisms, like insect-symbiotic actinomycetes, become popular. In this study, we researched the actinomycetes and metabolites from the millipede collected from Fenghuang Mountain in Wuchang, Heilongjiang Province.In this study, 8 strains of endophytic actinomycetes was obtained and texted the anti-fungus activity. The results showed that strain NEAU-ML8 have broad-spectrum resistance to plant pathogenic fungi and the antimicrobic rate was above 50% to 8 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi. 16 S r RNA gene sequences was analyzed to strain NEAU-ML8 and the results show that strain NEAU-ML8 belongs to the genus Streptomyces. The fermented product after pretreatment was isolated by Diaion HP20 column, ODS column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, HPLC and other chromatographic means. Then,the structure of the compound was analyzed by MS and NMR. Finally,identified as phoslactomycin.Strain NEAU-ML12 T was described by polyphasic taxonomy approach. 16 S r RNA gene sequences was analyzed to strain NEAU-ML12. The results show that strain NEAU-ML12 T belongs to the genus Rhodococcus. Phylogenetic analysis showed that strain NEAU-ML12 T stands for a novel species of the genus Rhodococcus and the name Rhodococcus kronopolitis sp. nov. is proposed.
