Blueberryis rich of nutrition, and contains much bioactive components. So medicinal value and economic value is very high.Northland,Duke,Sierra and Berkeley as the test material by the use of potted way, using sulfurtothe soil p H, determine thephysiological indexes of blueberries leaves at annual shoots under different soil pH treatment(p H=3.42, 4.27, 4.75, 5.84, 6.83)under leaves of current-year blueberry on protective enzyme system,biofilm system, osmotic adjustment substance content, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthesisof physiological indicators,to investigate the physiological adaptability of blueberry on soil p H environment, to provide theoretical guidance for proper p H value of soil selected for production practice quality of blueberry cultivation area. The main study results:(1)Between soil pH3.42~6.83, REC and MDA offour kinds of blueberry leaveswas ascend in first and descend at last. Soil pH less than 4.27 or higher than 4.75 will cause the increase of membrane permeability of blueberry leaves. In thetest, the relative conductivity and MDA content of the Berkeley range greater than the other three varieties.(2)Between soil pH3.42~6.83, SOD, CAT activity of four varieties of blueberry leaves first increased and then decreased.POD wasa "W" change.Four kinds of blueberry SOD activity:Duke >Berkeley >Northland> Sierra. Soil p H3.42 and p H6.83,POD activity and SOD, CAT activity with indicated,indicate that POD may promoted peroxidation, causing injury to the blueberry leaves cell membrane. SOD and CAT were a reliable index for evaluating the adaptability of plant to soil pH.Soil pH less than 4.27 or greater than 4.75 can cause the leaf SOD and CAT activity decreased.(3)Between soil pH3.42~6.83, osmotic substance content of four kinds of blueberry was ascend in first and descend at last. Soil p H less than 4.27 or greater than 4.75 will make the blueberry plant functioning and accumulateproline, sugar and protein, to increase the cell solute to relieve persecutions.Overall, osmotic adjustment substance content of Northland and Sierra were more than Duke and Berkeley.(4) Soil pH < 4.75 or p H> 4.75, the chlorophyll will be lower. The whole chlorophyll content of Berkeley> Northland > Duke. Soil p H would change the chlorophyll content of Sierra easily.The chlorophyll content can not be directly used as the judgment standard of photosynthetic rate.(5)Suitable soil p H is a prerequisite for photosynthetic metabolism of blueberry plants. For Pn,Northland > Duke > Berkeley>Sierra. What Pn and Ci opposite trendshows negative correlationabout Pn and Ci.When reduced photosynthesis, Ci increases, the test thought blueberry photosynthesis affected by non stomatal limitation factors.(6)When p H increases or decreases, NPQ and Fo increased, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm,ΦPSII, ETR were decreased. Fluorescence parameters presented that p H3.42, p H6.83 in leaves of blueberry by greater photoinhibition, for this, blueberries will dissipated more light energy in the form of heat.According to this study, the content of chlorophyll,Pn, Ci, Fo, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm, PSII, NPQ and ETR diameter can evaluate the adaptability of plant to soil p H as the reliable quota.However, Gs,Tr and qP is not suitable to be used as reliable indicators of evaluation of plant adaptation to soil p H.In summary, blueberyy on strong acidic soil(pH<5) has strong adaptability.Under the pottingtest, physiological indexes of blueberry are in good level at soil p H4.27~5.84. Soil pH4.27~4.75 is the most suitable soil p H for Northland, Duke,Sierra and Berkeley.
