In this study, a four-way recombinant inbred lines,separated by site inspection, the recombination rate is estimated between two locus, divided linkage group, ordering sites and other steps to make the four-way recombinant inbred genetic mapping methods. To investigate the effectiveness of different types of tags and chain recombination rate estimated detection accuracy and precision, genetic population sample size problems through simulation.This study select the material of(Kenfeng: 14 x 15) / /(black farmers 48 x Kenfeng 19) of the 160 FW- RIL population(F8), using SSR markers to evaluate the community, building the group based on PCR technique of molecular genetic map.The results follow:1 From real recombination rate of LOD value, the smaller rate is, the higher the value of detection chain, at the same time, it is good for inspection. Although, tredency of different combined typical LOD valve with recombination and size of community is similar, there are some distinctions in different types of tags.2 In different alleling mating, it is easier to testing two sites chains in four alleles than in three or two alleles.3 Four-way recombinant inbred line population genetic map construction, population size in more than 100 can meet the recombination rate that less than 0.3 linkage detection.4. Build a containing 187 SSR markers distributed in 21 chain group of soybean genetic linkage map. Genome length which map covered is 4010.25 c M cM, and the average length is 21.02 cM. Each chain group length range is between 12.06~480.28 cM.
