In this paper, measuring two consecutive years of cold index field,to analysis 218 different genotypes of wheat materials hardiness.In wheat seedling use artificial climate incubator microcomputer analog low temperatures, analysis 218 wheat height, number of leaves, seedling dry weight, seedling department moisture, root number, root length, root dry weight, root moisture content, root/shoot ratio.and 49 wheat material conductivity, proline content, MDA content, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content.The comprehensive stress coefficient method and cluster analysis was employed for evaluation of different varirties of wheat cold resistance.Use 81 pairs of SSR primers to detect 218 wheat materials, identify minor genetic markers under the use of correlation analysis, The main findings are as follows:1.218 wheat varieties (or lines) for two years in the field of cold resistance were extremely significant positive correlation (r= 0.559), Wan38、Shan229、YutongM0233had the best cold resistance, the cold hardiness on the average of two years less or equal to 2.5, only the tip of leaf is yellow; there is 110 wheat which a small blade froze to death, the cold hardiness on the average of two years from 3 to 3.5; there is 55 wheat the cold hardiness on the average of two years from 4 to 4.5, its half of the blade to freeze to death; there is 51 wheat the cold hardiness on the average of two years more than 5, most of the blade to freeze to death, the color of the blade is gray。2. Wheat varieties (lines) seedling chilling stress test, each test indicators varieties (lines) between the differences were highly significant. Root number, root to shoot ratio, relative conductivity, proline, soluble sugar content, MDA levels under cold resistance were higher than normal temperature control, other indicators are lower than the control. Height, number of leaves, seedling dry weight, seedling moisture, root length, root dry weight, root water content, proline, soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content were positively correlated with field hardiness. Root number, root to shoot ratio, relative conductivity, MDA was negatively correlated with he field hardiness.3. The correlation coefficient between the comprehensive stress coefficient under the low temperature stress test for 218 wheat varieties (or lines) and 2 years field cold hardiness is-0.686** and-0.683**, greater than any correlation coefficient between any form of indicators and 2 years field cold hardiness。 Yuyanmai10、Jimai 22、Wankenmai2、 Jinmai8、Zhoumai18、Huaimai21、Yunxin8、Huaimai 29、Luyuan502、Yan99603 had the best cold resistance under morpholoqical index by using comprehensive stress coefficient method. The correlation coefficient between the morphology stress coefficient under the low temperature stress test for 49 wheat varieties (or lines) and the physiological stress coefficient is 0.801**, The correlation coefficient between the 14 indicoters comprehensive stress coefficient and 2 years field cold hardiness is-0.915**、-0.882**, greater than any correlation coefficient between any form of indicators and 2 years field cold hardiness。 Jinmai9、Shan229、Simai 15、Huai20、Liangxing99、Huai 18、Liangyuan0368、 Liangxing98、Linmai2 had the best cold resistance under morpholoqical index and physiological by using comprehensive stress coefficient method.4.81 pairs of SSR primers amplified out of the 325 rules, average each pair of primers amplification 4.01 all belt, PIC values with an average of 0.474.Using different genotypes of wheat field hardiness, morphological traits, physiological traits associated with SSR markers was repeated marked Barc79, Barc177, Barc297, Barc321, Barc347, Barc361.1, Gwm611, located 6BL,5DL,2DS,3AS,5DL,2BS,7BL chromosome.5. Using clustering analysis, with the stress coefficient for morphological index, the resultant showed that the 49 wheat varieties (lines) were divided into six categories, the results and and varieties of cold resistance performance were identical;with the stress coefficient for morphological and physiological index, the resultant showed that the 49 wheat varieties (lines) were divided into seven categories,the results and and varieties of cold resistance performance were identical. SSR clustering analysis results show that the material of 218 wheat varieties (or lines) is divided into seven groups, the fifth groups are divided into eight subgroup, the seventh groups is divided into two subgroup. Compared with the cold hardiness of wheat and the clustering results found that the varieties has same cold resistance performance consistent together.
