In order to adapt to the current situation of agricultural water shortages, provide the theory basis for wheat high quality and yield mechanized cultivation In lime concretion black soil region north of Anhui Province, With positioning test method for 2 years in 2011-2013, we studied the conservation tillage effects on growth, yield and quality of wheat Under the condition of natural rainfall. The results showed that among different tillage treatments had effects on grain yield at significant or extremely significant level. The treatment of no straw returned +rotary tillage+ sowing crackdown (ARR) obtained the highest yield, Two years on average and each year yields reached 8206.8kg·hm-2、 8175.5kg·hm-2,8238.0kg·hm-2.The field seedling emergences of different tillage treatment were all above 70%, basic met the requirements of wheat production in the field emergence, ARR promoted the accumulation of dry matter from wheat flowering to mature phase, conducive to the improvement of grain yield. With the grain quality indicators, Sedimentation and hardness were greatly influenced by the environment ARR obtained the highest protein content and wet gluten content, That is suitable for tillage methods to improve the grain quality.Compared with the4other treatments, ARR has the highest photosynthesis rate (Pn) since booting stage, and keeping this sustained trend to mature stage. The photosynthesis rates of ARR were 26.54 and 0.53CO2m-2s-1 at booting stage and 20d after anthesis in 2012-2013 years, respectively, and were 4.87% and 24.73% higher than that of CR. The change of SPAD and Tr have the same trend like Pn among the treatments. The yield increasing effect of conservation tillage was due to the improvement of soil properties, such as soil structure, soil water, soil nutrient.
