With the development of economy, people’s living standard is gradually improving and pay more attention to healthy diet in life. Vegetable production in China is gradually increased, the vegetable planting belongs to the labor-intensive industries and the labor prices rose rapidly in recent years, so it is particularly important to develop mechanization of vegetable planting.Ba shang area of Zhang jia kou vegetable planting started late, but have a rapid development, Chinese cabbage and radish, beet has become the main vegetables grown in the area. In order to realize the agricultural machinery matching white radish seeding, the senior who has designed the first generation of air-suction white radish seeder according to the requirement of white radish planted agronomic. The machine can effectively complete ridging, seeding, covering soil, suppression of white radish one time, also can effectively improve the operational efficiency of white radish cultivation and reduce labor costs. However according to a survey of the use of machine in field, the first generation of machine has some shortcomings, the operation effect is not good enough, resulting in the promotion process in the machine is slow. For the above reasons, this paper makes the improvement and the innovation according to the first generation of white radish seeding machine, in order to make the white radish ridging, sowing mechanization to achieve better operation effect.This paper summarizes the deficiencies of the first generation machine which currently exist in the work and analyze its reasons and setting the rectification program of each agencies. According to the engine speed with the throttle changes caused wind instability problem, this paper design a wind buffer device, this means bellows varies fan speed becomes large, narrow, and have a certain role in the stabilization of the metering device in the wind. To solve the first generation of machine low height ridge and ridge shape instability problems, this paper improves the design of the ridging device, design of soil forming device a bell-type according to the needs of the ridge shape. The device have a large opening front and an inward end. The device can plow up the soil extrusion molding, and the formation of the right size soil compaction of the ridge. Furthermore, in order to solve the long-term operation machine wheel bearings and nylon sleeve wear caused by unstable operation problem, we use bearing in place nylon sleeve and designed a supporting part.The field experiment showed that: for the improvement of the first generation of the machine to achieve the desired results, ridge height can meet the requirements of white radish planted agronomic, evenness of seeding was also increased. It also can achieve a better combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy, improve the reliability of the machine.
