In the experiment the sheep significantly lower incidence of respiratory disease and gastrointestinal diseases, the respiratory disease and gastrointestinal diseases in control group were 3.26% and 4.59% respectively, which the most suitable dosage group corresponding rates were 1.12% and 2.55% respectively.Conclusion: small tail Han sheep after long-distance transport were in the stress state, through in the administration of astragalus polysaccharides powder and Yinhuang soluble powder can adjust the body’s physiological function, improve clinical indicators and physiological and biochemical indicators, in the view of improving the performance of production and reduce the incidence of a disease, to relieve stress and sheep has a good effect. The best dosage of Astragalus polysaccharides powder and Yinhuang powder in this experiment is astragalus polysaccharides powder 1.0 g/day +Yinhuang soluble powder 1.0 g/day, which can be taken as reference to the production application.
