Solanum pennelllii is an important resource of tomato genetic improvement, because it contains many excellent genetic loci. The establishment of introgression lines is an effective way to detect useful genes or QTLs from wild tomato. In order to detect useful QTL,our lab have been establishing an introgression developed by S.lycopersicum 1052 and S. pennelllii LA0716.Our study take S.pennelllii BC5S1 introgressive population as experimental material, through two selfing, obtaining BC5S2 and BC5S3. What’s more, the location and size of introgression fragments are identified with assist of polymorphism markers. We conduct genetic analysis on fruits, plant characters and fertility. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) BC5S2 and BC5S3 were obtained through selfing. Taking BC5S2 as material,we conduct genetic analysis through 168 polymorphism makers consist of CAPS and SSR. The population consist 214 lines and introgression fragment cover 98.2% genome of S.pennellii.Chromesomes were divided into 129 bins by introgression fragment and everage length of each bins is 11.0 cM.(2) Analysis on fruit and plant characters in BC5S2 and BC5S3 populations were conducted. The linkage between trait and introgression fragment lead to the identification of QTLs.We identify genetic locus for traits of fruit or plant through BC5S2 of this ILs. In this experiments,5 QTL related to fruit weight were identified,2 are the new excavation locus,1 is finer positioning locus.2 QTL related to soluble solid comtent were deected,1 is the novel locus. What’s more,3 QTL related to plant height and 1 QTL related to leaf size identified in the experiment are all novel locus.(3) Few lines in S. pennelllii BC5S2 introgressive population have problem in reproduction. We identify a loci associated with tomato incompatibility s in chromosome 3.
