Effects Of Different Mulching On Potato Growth And Quality On Sand Grass Land Area In Northern Shaanxi

The research mainly for sand grass land at Yulin Shanxi province about drought problem of potato planting. Through field experiment, study the effect about plastic film mulching and straw mulching on potato growth duration, yield and soil. Achieved those following results.(1)The influence of different mulching treatments about oil moisture content:0 ~ 70 cm soil moisture content is 5.12% ~ 8.61% range in the seedling stage;0~70 cm soil moisture content in 5.35% ~ 7.55% range in the budding period;0~70 cm soil moisture content is 4.00% ~ 6.76% range in the flowering period;0~70 cm soil moisture content in 5.76% ~ 7.86% range in the mature stage.(2)The influence of different mulching treatments about growth period and production of potato. The sequence of the growth period from short to long :J12<J9<J6 =HM<BM<J3<CK. The production: J12>J9>HM>J6>BM>J3>CK.(3)The effects of different mulching treatment the potato quality. Starch content: in the straw mulching treatment,the thickness of the cover, the greater the starch content is relatively lower;in the plastic film mulching, cover black membrane treatment than to cover the white film is slightly high starch content. Soluble sugar content: in the plastic film mulching, covered with black membrane the processing of potato in soluble sugar content is higher than the white membrane processing of soluble sugar content of potato; in the straw mulching treatment,soluble sugar content increased with the increase of thickness of straw. Soluble protein content: in the plastic film mulching, covered with black membrane to deal with the content of soluble protein than covering white membrane processing of soluble protein content is slightly higher, but the difference is not big; in the straw mulching treatment,the content of soluble protein increased with the increase of the thickness of the straw. Vitamin C content: in the plastic film mulching, covered with black film treatment than white membrane processing potato vitamin C content is higher; in the straw mulching treatment,the greater the thickness of the straw, the potato vitamin C content is higher.
